On WordPress 6.6.1 the plugins settings cannot be saved. Upon save all check boxes are set to blank and the plugin stops working even on default post types.

The success message also comes in as html code:

Success: The plugin options have been successfully updated!

I cannot access the settings page on my website’s Live environment hosted on Pantheon, I get an error “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

I’ve tried updating the plugin to Version 9.3.2, and that still doesn’t fix issue. I am able to access the plugin settings page on the Development environment so this seems to be a conflict with Pantheon’s Live environment only.

GraphQL for Pods Settings Page Fields

I have latest wordpress 6.5 (with woocommerce) and WPGraphQL 1.23 installed (also WooGraphQL 0.19.0). I wanted to use WP+Woo as graphql headless backend for the frontend application I am building in NextJs 14, for which the PODS Plugin looked very promising, as it says it has built-in graphql integration.

I installed Pods – Custom Content Types and Fields plugin latest version 3.2.1 , and created a Settings Page with some text fields for global values like social media urls, etc.

But I am unable to see any of these fields or groups from settings page in GraphiQL IDE.

I created a content type with Pods for test, there I see the graphql tab to enable/disable. But no such setting to check wpgraphql available for the Settings Page I created.

By what graphql query I can fetch those values? Or any code snippet need to write for it? The purpose for which I used Pods seems not working. Please suggest.

Multiple settings pages as submenus of one custom main admin menu

Hi,

I have created multiple settings pages and want to add these as separate submenus of one custom admin menu in the WordPress admin panel on the left side.

So the structure should look something like this:

-main-admin-menu
–submenu-settings-page-1
–submenu-settings-page-2
….
–submenu-settings-page-n

I have already manually added a custom admin-menu to the admin panel. Now I am trying to add my settings pages as submenus.

For now I went to ‘Pods Admin>Edit Pods’ chose one of my settings pages pod and then under the tab ‘Admin UI’ I’ve set ‘Menu location’ to ‘Add a submenu item to another menu’.
Next I have tried out different settings for ‘Custom Menu Location’. The one I got somehow to work is -> admin.php?page=pods-settings-menu-slug-of-settings-page
(“menu-slug-of-settings-page” -> set to my setting page menu slug)
With this I can see the submenu on hover over the main-admin-menu and when I click on it it opens the right settings page. But on the left admin panel the custom main-admin-menu doesn’t expand so the submenus don’t appear visibly open. So the user can’t see which submenu is currently active and open as it is usual with other standard WordPress submenus.

So I’m wondering if my value for ‘Custom Menu Location’ ist right. Am I doing something wrong here? I didn’t find any specific information on what to put there for my case. I think that my custom main-admin-menu stays collapsed because I have maybe set the ‘Custom Menu Location’ for my settings page wrong. Is there a right way to achieve that?

Can’t save event settings page on multisite installtion

Hi,

I really like your plugin and wanted to use it on a multisite installation but now I can’t save the settings page for the events. The check boxes I have set are reset after I click on the “Save” button.
I have now installed your plugin on a second multisite. The same problem occurs.

Critical Error when loading Plugin Settings Page

On one of my websites I get an internal server error when trying to access the admin settings page for the Justified Gallery plugin. The page does not load and the following WordPress error message appears: “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” All other pages and the front-end galleries are still loading perfectly without any errors.

I tried disabling other plugins to see if there was a compatibility issue. When I disabled “Smart Slider 3” by Nextend the Justified Gallery settings page loaded without showing an error, but only the header and the 3 page tabs appeared while the contents of the tabs was still missing. The settings page used to load fine in the past but I haven’t looked at it for a few months so am not sure if there was any specific update which caused the issue.

I tried to replicate the issue on a second website by installing both plugins, but am not able to reproduce the error. Do you have any ideas what could be causing this issue, or suggestions of how to narrow it down further?

Here is some information about my setup:

WordPress Version: 6.1.1
Php Version: 8.1.0 (recently updated)
Justified Gallery Version: 1.7.3
Smart Slider 3 Version: 3.5.1.14

User Affiliate Dashboard Settings page error

This page shows a ‘There has been a critical error on this website.’ error and that part of the dashboard shows small and not like the rest of the website. Are you able to let me know how to fix or what could be causing the issue?

Hi plugins woocommerce settings tab is not opening it gives 500 error

The site has a lot of users. what is the fix for it. I checked previous tickets and it seems issue with alot of plugin users. is still there not permanent fix for it?

I’m thrilled to see there’s a WP plugin for SAWO Labs authentication. However, as I’m an Oxygen Builder user, I cannot use this tool, as Oxygen disables all theme related settings, including widgets altogether.

Would you mind adding a settings page including the possibility to configure and use a shortcode instead or additionally, please?
