We have been using the product enquiry plugin for year. We noticed that we are not receiving any new enquiries and upon testing the form we got the message:
Unfortunately, a server issue prevented delivery of your message.
I have disabled nonce as that was suggested in a previous ticket. But it is still not working.

of course the file in the root exists,

]]>I created an account through WP.org , confirmed it through my email and downloaded the server, but when I access the login page through the server

it takes me to the users blog then

I get the login page
I enter my credentials
” unknown email address. Check again or try username”
username also does not work.
I think I have something wrong with the server, but I can not figure it out. Because the login works just fine when I login directly to the wp.org page. What am I missing here?

]]>I’ve been trying to sleuth out why this particular WordPress website is having trouble uploading .PDF files that are more than one page. It’s not a particularly big file – it’s 203Kb; 3 pages long.
On other WP sites I’ve built, even using the exact same template and same version of WP, I have no trouble at all with this exact file. But this current site won’t load it and I’m stumped as to the cause.
However, the school site I’m building has a “new” version (that I’m building) and an old version that we will be replacing. Both exist on the same platform, and I suspect that it’s a server or issue with the host.
Before I go back to the host and start blindly trying to troubleshoot, I thought I’d ask on here if anyone else has experienced this and what the solution was?
I’m not getting an HTTP error; the file ‘appears’ to load, but I’m getting a weird, broken one-page image rather than the full .PDF file. I CAN load single page .PDF files, but not multi-page ones. I thought perhaps it was the .PDF file itself, and re-generated an optimized version of it; but the original file works fine on OTHER WP sites that use different hosts.
Ideas? I’m well and truly puzzled.

i saw your last solution of adding “Please add following constants in wp-config.php file
define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false );
This will create debug.log file in your wp-content folder
After that visit the product page and try to send enquiry
Once you have done that, open debug.log file and check if there is any error related to Product Enquiry plugin and if there are any, let us know about it.”
but i am not a developer ..hence can you help me out in guiding me step by step abot where to put these codes in wp-config.php?..as its a file with some codes already written there..
hence after writing the code i will send the email again from mobile and then if it send mails then its fine..or then what are the steps to be taken at that point of time..
