Unable to access dashboard on wordpress

Good day folks,

We are using your plugin and we upgraded it to the last upgrade version. Nevertheless we cannot access the dashboard settings on wordpress.

When we go to settings, a window with a “notice” appears preventing the access to the dashboard and settings.

The notice says: “New: Serve images faster with Ultra Smush” with the explanation below of what it does.

By the way, we deactivate/activate the plugin while clearing caches but it didn’t make any difference.

So, what can we do to fix this issue and be able to access the smush dashboard and check/change our settings?

My website is using Litespeed Cache Plugin that has built in Lazy Load feature, but i need Image CDN + Optimization with Serving Scaled Image.

But in your system, there has “Scaled image & Lazy load” in same option.

How can i separate them?

I’m wondering how I can improve my google page speeds, and loading speeds please.

When I run my site through Google Page Speeds, one of the headings that it suggests is: “Serve images in next-gen formats”. I already have next gen formats being used, but it’s including quite a few instagram images (via the plugin) in there, what is the best way to improve on this please?

Issue with front page Carousel – Serving scaled images

Is there a way to serve scaled images in the carousel on the homepage without making my product images look ridiculous when actually viewing the product. I’ve been trying to work this out for 3 days now and to no avail. Could someone help me implement this feature so that I can alter the size of an image in WordPress, giving it a new URL, then actually be able to apply that new image URL to the carousel? As things stand, the carousel is drastically reducing the load speed of my home page as it’s not using the correctly sized images. Even when they are compressed using smush and gzip plugins.

Basically, I want to be able to insert images that are 150×150 into the carousel without changing my product main images to 150×150 as well. As things stand, I do not see an option for this.

Servings – what does that mean?

Hi all,
does anyone know what to put in the servings tab? What is an average serving? Should I put it in grams or oz or something else. Ounces is a bit old! And yet whatever I put in, the nutritional information appears to be grossly wrong (says a meal is something like 34 calories when in fact it should be like 400 calories).

PS I don’t see why it can’t work out the nutritional information from the Yield. If the yield is set to 4, then perhaps the whole meal calorie count divided by 4? Am I missing something here? (most probably).

Rewrite rules link goes nowhere

Hello.
When clicking on “You can use the rewrite rules below to serve WebP images with Apache.” it goes nowhere.

Basically, I want to serve WebP files, and I want a fall-back in-case the user isn’t using Chromium/Opera. I found that converting everything to WebP made images not work on FireFox. So I want to double-triple make sure I can get it on a fall-back mode.

And naturally, I cannot use .htaccess as I use a CDN

Internal Server Error

Hello! So I am having issues accessing both my website and my dashboard. I am sure that the reason I am receiving this error is due to one of the plugins I downloaded and activated due to the issue arising right after I attempted to activate a handful of said plugins.

Would there be any way to resolve this issue without using an FTP client?

Serve scaled images with gtmetrix

Hi,

I have GTmetrix, red “Serve scaled images” for the images on the home page.

https://noaneo.fr/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/ant-man-yellowjacket-featured-520x245.jpg is resized in HTML or CSS from 520x245 to 297x140. Serving a scaled image could save 38.1KiB (67% reduction).

I do not understand why I did not want the 297x140px size, despite the fact that I put in “Website Max-width” 1120px or 1200px, what to do?

Server doesn’t serve custom 500 error page

Something that’s been bugging me is how my server doesn’t seem to want to serve my custom error pages. Well, that’s not entirely true; it serves the 404.php just fine. But whenever I get an error 500 (which are pretty easy to force, just by putting a space in the middle of a ModRewrite rule), I get this:

Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Apache/1.3.37 Server at www.example.net Port 80

That last bit, the “Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request” is the part that’s driving me mad. Why won’t it serve my custom 500.php? It’s in my theme directory, and my error handling rules in .htaccess are the following:

# error handling ErrorDocument 403 /index.php?error=403 ErrorDocument 404 /index.php?error=404 ErrorDocument 500 /index.php?error=500

Is it a problem with the server trying to serve a PHP error document? I tried changing /index.php?error=500 to the actual path to the 500.php file, but that didn’t seem to do anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
