Here’s a breakdown of the problem:
We have confirmed the following:
This issue is causing significant problems for our website’s search engine optimization (SEO). Without proper SEO titles, search engines may not be able to accurately understand the content of our pages, which can negatively impact our search rankings.
We kindly request your urgent assistance in resolving this issue. Please advise on how to ensure our custom SEO titles display correctly on the frontend of our website.
]]>1. Yoast is now viewing all of the images on a page that are inserted via shortcode (ie: images in the sidebar) and stating that only a fraction of the images have alt titles that reflect the topic of my text (because the ones in the sidebar are unrelated to the post content of course). Is this how search engines will also view the images? Or is this something I don’t need to be concerned with?
2. The other issue is that many of my posts’ SEO titles and meta descriptions are now considered too long by Yoast when they were within the recommended length before. Did the recommended length change or something? Will this impact how my posts are ranked by search engines?
Thank you for your help! (PS – I love Yoast… total game-changer.)
]]>I am using Yoast SEO Plugin.
I have set up SEO titles for new pages. Now I want to update the title of my old page with a new title which is the same for all pages.
There is an option to update one by one all pages.
SEO -> TOOLS -> BULK EDITOR -> All pages SEO titles and descriptions here. This is allowing me to update one by one. How can I update the SEO title in one go rather than fixing it one by one? Please guide.
My concern: Right now i’m using Yoast Plugin to install SEO titles. But it looks that the title or H1 from every webpage is taking SEO titles and showing it as a front-end. I’m looking forward to your suggestions.
]]>Go to https://lanart.wpengine.com/product/baby-alpaca-sport-fingering-handpainted-hanks-80-20/ and you will see in your browser and page source that the SEO title just displays at ” – Lanart” however on the back-end the title is preset to %%page%% %%sep%% %%sitename%%
If I delete everything from the SEO title area and re-enter it, then SEO title displays correctly on the front-end of the site.
]]>Also, may I change the grid to 3 column instead of 4?

]]>This is been a very old problem and I’m not sure why it is like this.
When I search in search engines for various keywords or phrases related to my business.
My website is coming up, which is good, here is the tricky part
My SEO title is
Newborn and Wedding Photography in Edinburgh | A-fotografy
But the title which is given by search engines is
A-fotografy: Newborn and Wedding Photography in Edinburgh
It is been like this for years and always bugged me that company name is first and then page title. My developer couldn’t explain this, maybe someone here can give me insight of this. Seems like I have never seen this problem before and not sure why I have it.
How can this be changed?
Thank you,
Regards,
Armand
