Hi there,

Is there any documentation where I can remove Facebook SEO so that it doesn’t show on Google search?

Facebook posts description appear on Google search when search “SCS” instead site custom description.

It’s different when you search “SCS” and “Sydney Catholic Schools”. I would like to remove FB posts description so that only websites posts/pages SEO appears on Google search.

Hope to get support/documentations.

After installing SEO Facebook comments it is not possible to click on hyperlinks and pictures anymore.

Also Nexgen galery is going corrupt.. normaly you can use the option to enter a album in a post with SEO facebook comment active this option is not working anymore.

Conflict with Publish post

For some reason when I have SEO Facebook activated it prevents me from being able to use the Publish options within the ‘Edit Post’ screen for my blog. The only workaround seems to be to deactivate the plugin and reactivate it each time I make a post which naturally is a bit of a pain. When I deactivate it, the Publish options become available again. Any ideas?

[Plugin: SEO Facebook Comment] plugin doesn't seem to work in Firefox

This works great in IE8 and Chrome, but I can’t see it in Firefox. Is there something I need to do to fix that?

[Plugin: SEO Facebook Comment] Fatal error: Uncaught CurlException: 6: Couldn't resolve host ap

Like others in this forum I noticed the plugin just randomly crashed with a fatal error uncaught CurlException error after doing nothing on my end to cause it. ALL comments (facebook and WordPress) disappeared and all I see is the error message:

Fatal error: Uncaught CurlException: 6: Couldn’t resolve host ‘api-read.facebook.com’ thrown in mywebsite.com/wp-content/plugins/seo-facebook-comments/facebook/base_facebook.php on line 825

I’m seeing this across several sites I run using this plugin. I’m on lunarpages shared hosting but I don’t think that’s the issue since everything was working fine previously. All instances basically stopped working at the same time.

I’m guessing facebook changed something on their end with the api and now the plugin needs to be updated?

At any rate I’m posting here because a google search of the error simply returns pages of the MANY websites that are running this plugin and throwing the same error. I’ve yet to find anything to fix it…just pages of search results with blogs and sites experiencing the same problem.
