We having problems to receive all emails for all abandoned orders. Abandoned order appears in admin, and after Scheduled Action (every 15 minutes) to send emails it just disappears and no email being sent.
This is only with registered users. Guests works fine. Registered is like 50/50. What problem it could be? Thanks.

Can anyone help as I’m doing this for an amazing charity and really want to get it live for them. Any help or advice at all is gratefully received!
]]>We are trying to configure the WP Mail STMP plugin to automatically send emails to those users who log in to our website.
So far so good, we followed the instructions, configured our Google account (we’re doing it through GMail), got the credentials, etc. And that’s it, everything works.
We log in a user and the email gets to us. We send test emails without any problems.
What happens then?
Well, after X amount of time, being X unknown, the email is “unlinked”, and the emails stop being sent. Everything is still configured, the credentials are saved and have not changed, but the email is no longer linked to our WP MAil STMP plugin. It turns out that every so often, we have to re-link the email and have to accept this (the image is from the guide, but that’s the step we have to repeat constantly):
Any help would be welcomed! Thanks in advance!
]]>Using the List function in Ultimate WP Mail to send Mass Email I got the following message in de Email log for all users in the list
“Could not instantiate mail function.”
Althought 1 List Email action, I got messages from most of the users in the list that Emails arrived 4 or 6 times in their in boxes. Resulting also temporary Emailaddress block by the Provider
Does anyone has a clue where the cause of this can be?
Sending to one test user works fine
Kind regards,
Edwin
I have a problem. The plugin works with all other emails, but when a customer creates a new account, it doesn’t send an email to them.
How do I fix that?
Kind regards
]]>I made a custom shop page using your plugin and everything worked great so far!
However, now I tried to open any of the categories and every category sends me to main shop page.
Can I create a template specifically for categories and categories?
Kind regards
