With the newsletter of November 2022 the Sending Service got paused.
After doing some research I exported all subscribers and cleaned the list with ZeroBounce. Deleted the subscribers from MailPoet and imported the clean list again.
Also I deleted the newsletter of which the sending has been paused, and created a duplicate new newsletter.
Right now I cannot send myself a test email since the Sending Service still is paused. So send you guys an email through the contact form at your site.
Can you please reactivate the Sending Service again?
It’s about newsletters from www.werkplaatsk.nl
The sender’s mail address is: [email protected] (also our user id at your site)
My mail address is: [email protected] (used in the support form)
I exported a contact list of my clients using mailpoet.
I imported the same list to another site, also owned by me, using mailpoet.
I tried to send a test newsletter but the sending stops and the following error message is now displayed:
The MailPoet Sending Service has been temporarily suspended on your website due to degraded email deliverability. Please contact our support team to resolve this issue.
I have no idea what is causing this and would appreciate any help.
Thank you very much.
]]>Then in my research on my account I saw that under MySenderDomain the the status invald was displayed.
What can I do to use the sending service again?
Thanks for the support
Best regards RoLu

A few email clients have limited support for CSS background images and for some of the properties for controlling how the background image appears, not displaying the background image at all;
I thought I took great care to get all settings right.
I used the Climb Every Mountain email template, changing only some text. Sent it from Preview to 7 of our group that had a mix of WIN10, iOS and Android. Only 3 could see all images. I could see none and the other 3 had mixed results. No OS related pattern.
I cannot recall not being able to see images in an email to me (FastMail) so it seems to me that the above mentioned ‘limited … CSS background images’ is not the problem.
Will appreciate if you can anyone suggest other areas to look at. Regards, Ken
]]>I have used Mailpoet for some time, and the sending service (free) as well, but lately I have had some questions why I don’t send email any longer. of those I have spoke with they tells me that the Mailpoet mail end up in spam filter mail box.
This has escalated in the last 2 weeks, as nothing has been changed from my side has anything changed at the Sending Service ?

]]>To test, whether the eMail dispatch works with Mailpoet, I sent an eMail to my second eMail address. Both eMail addresses originate from the same domain, thus internal communication.
Unfortunately, the email is classified as SPAM.
How can I solve this? Do I have to verify the senders eMail address somewhere?
