Emails are not Being Sent

I recently upgraded to WP Mail SMTP Pro, however, the emails are not getting to the clients. I’m getting test emails but nothing else. When some registers they are supposed to get a email confirmation afterwards to activate their account. I am schedule to launch my platform in a week and this may cause a delay.

Any suggestions is appreciated.

If we’re sending 25 emails every 5 minutes, that translates to 300 emails per hour.
To send 5200 emails at this rate, it should take approximately 17.33 hours.
Now, let’s look at the campaign’s performance:

Launched: Friday at 8:30 PM
Current time: Sunday morning around 7:40 AM
As per my log, 4133 emails have been sent so far. This indicates an average sending rate of 110 emails per hour, or roughly 9 emails every 5 minutes.

Please review this information, and let me know if there are any insights or adjustments needed to ensure the campaign aligns with our intended schedule.

Mailpoet is not sending Emails on my Website https://energie-werkstatt.eu. The Error-Message in the Backend is “Das Senden wurde wegen eines technischen Problems mit MailPoet pausiert: MailPoet API-Schlüssel ist ungültig!“, so it refers to the API-Key.

But the API-Key is valid:

Also, for visitors it’s not possible to subscribe. I think this should be the same problem (Error-Message: “There was an error when sending a confirmation email for your subscription. Please contact the website owner.”).

I recently changed the website domain and server, because it has been on the developer-server. Maybe there occurred this error. These are the last entries from the error-log:

I switech to sending with my own SMTP now, that works. Thanks for your help!

WP Forms Lite and AMP … stuck saying “Sending …”

I am having an issue with the WP Forms Lite. I have set up their own SMTP also correctly and am receiving emails when testing. But the form on my contact page at [ redundant link removed ] is just showing a word “Sending …” at the bottom endlessly with calling up the confirmation message.

This happening both on laptop and mobile. The Standard option is set now in AMP. Please help.

The email test is okay and the form is sending emails okay when AMP is deactivated. Problem seems to be only when WP Forms Lite is in conjunction with AMP.

Sendpress sending function not working

Hi there,

we have been using sendpress pro for years with no issues but in the last week or so we have been unable to use sendpress on one of our client websites. It will take us through the set up stages for sending an email but when it comes to sending the email the “send email now” button doesn’t action anything and the whole page freezes.

We have also found that the delete all email in queue button is also not working and doesn’t delete any emails in the queue.

Hello everyone

Since some months I am experiencing problems by sending emails with sendpress. I was using sendpress for 4 years without any problem by sending all the emails with php (Your Website). Since a while people still receive emails if they subscribe to my newsletter and also the test emails are working, but if I send a newsletter the emails stay in the queue under active, but nothing happens. Also the “Delete All Emails in the Queue” Button does not take any action if I try to delete all recipients.

I then installed the plugin “post smtp” and I configured it. Testmail arrived. I changed sendpress to “WP Email Delivery”. With the option “WP Email Delivery” no emails can be sent through anymore. No emails through a newsletter (like before), but also no newsletter subscription emails or testemails are sent. I then uninstalled the plugin. I even deleted the sendpress part in the database and then installed sendpress again. Still the same issue. I don`t know what else I should try to make it work.

Many buyers don’t receive their product especially from gmail. I want to use a new email address different from my WP default in order to send out orders. I don’t see where to add that or if it’s possible. I am not familiar with coding.

Hello,

I have been trying to use contact form 7, but it is not sending emails.

I use gmail on my wordpress dashboard and forwarded email on the hosting.

I have tried SMTP, but unfortunately has not solved the problem.
I have tried wpforms but the same problem too.

I read that yahoo mail and hotmail are the same as gmail.

what should I do, please?

should I change gmail? or any other solution?

or what should I do to make a contact form work?

Emails Not sending

Hi,

I have purchased this plugin but the emails have stopped working. I have been trying to send a manual e-voucher via admin area and going to ‘Add Gift Voucher Order’ and entering the details there. This makes the order and voucher code all correctly, marking it as paid but it doesn’t send any emails to recipient or the buyer.
Please help as I don’t want to have to buy another plugin and waste the money spent on this one!

Configure SMTP is a staple of setting up a useful WordPress website, I would call it “a household name” for WP installations (if there’s any such thing as household names in this area).
