The plugin takes the first “total” type field it finds and replaces [ccb-total-0] with the value. How can I get another field to be used for [ccb-subtotal] ?

Now working fine but I have 2 problems:

– when I create a form no ask for the name, always show “untitled form”, I need goto quick edit for rename the form, but no change, always show “untitled form”
– other problem, I no can see anything in the page “export”, only see a blank page (with the admin wordpress)
