]]>I’m using the Selecta Theme here: www.operalab.es
The theme includes a widget called ‘Featured Posts Slide’ that shows posts marked as sticky posts. This widget appears only in the main page.
So I created said posts and they appear nicely in the slide. The next thing I would like to do is remove the Blog Feed from the main page.
If this is not possible, another option would be to try and add the Featured Posts Slide’s shortcode in another page.
(I have tried 5 or 6 plugins that insert widgets in individual pages with no luck)
Anybody knows how I could achieve this?
p.s.: sorry for my English
I am using the Selecta theme and can’t find where to change the background color in the CSS.
There is an option to change it in the appearance menu but the change does not show up.
I also want to change the color of the black boxes.
The site is

]]>I’m using the Selecta theme on my site at www.animationspotter.com, and have recently added adverts using the Obox sidebar advert widget. I am just wondering if there’s any way to access any statistics of clicks etc either as part of this theme or even generally through wp (i’m a bit of a newbie!) which I can then feed back to those advertising on the site.
Any help would be much appreciated,
Adam
]]>I’ve got three problems:
1) I want my categories to behave like archives (this was the case in wp.com but not on wp.org) – so when I select a category I see a page of icons for each post on one page – very neat.
2) Comments – I have not ticked box ‘commenter must provide email address’ but when I test it by leaving a comment an email address is asked for – very annoying
3) I want a full width post-format, can’t find it, again ok in wp.com version.
If any of you have experience with this theme or simply how to solve the issues, your advice would be really appreciated.
Have a great day.
Richard
When I setup All categories to show, all works. When I setup a specific category (like News, for example) stop work.
My website is: https://www.paulacroquete.com
Do Anybody already saw this problem?
]]>When you want a page to be full width (i.e with no sidebar) then you need to do the following:
Go to Pages > Add New
Add your title and content
Select the Full Width option which is on the right hand side under Page Attributes → Template.
Press Publish
I am not seeing the Full Width option under Page Attributes > Template. I only see Default Template and Archives.
Is there something I need to do in order to get that option to appear there?
