the problem can be replicated on the current WordPress version on the default theme like 2021.
When adding several forms on one page (two and more) select2.js script works only for the last one.

my problem is in the “Contact to DB” it get automaticly [menu-958] the email, but i want to show the part in my database.

]]>Is it possible to target link from one post to contact form item which is in slide selection menu? For example: I vave price list of some items on one page called X. On page Y I have contact form wit selection menu with all those items listed. I’d like to make at each item on page X link named “reserve”. After click it would redirect to page Y but I’d like to have item already selected from items menu list.
