Sela Theme – Overlay box on desktop and mobile

I am just not sure what CSS to use to accomplish what I need. First of all, I want the overlay box to be lower on the page (and possibly narrower). What I have tried isn’t working.

But more importantly, the text of the overlay box that is positioned fine on my desktop appears way down the screen on my mobile phone, with a lot of white space, far from the featured image. Is there anything that can be done to accomplish both of these?

So far, I have:

.hero-container-inner .hentry {
width: 45%;
padding-top: .5px;
padding-bottom: .5px;

}

Manual popup linked to image click not working

Hi,

I am trying to use Boxzilla to hyperlink an image for a form popup (using Mailchimp forms). I have tried every variation of showing the form manually (https://kb.boxzillaplugin.com/showing-boxes-manually/) but nothing happens when I click the image.

Change Menu Dot Color

I’ve tried changing the dot color in the navigation bar (to #ffd646) based on other responses in this forum, but none of the CSS is working for my site. Any help is appreciated.

Hero images won’t go full width

I’m an experienced WP user and I’m getting a problem, where hero images don’t reach to the right hand side of the page.
Here’s the site:

The images are 1920px or sometimes more, but whichever image I choose it does not reach the full width of the page.
The img and srcset code seems suspect (this for an image originally 1920 x 1080) and sure enough the image only stretches to 1084w:

Hi. My header image disappeared on the Sela theme and now that I have added a new one it does not adjust on mobile phones and does not link to the main page when clicked. Can you please help?

Center Overlay Text on Sela Theme Mobile Homepage

I would like to customize the homepage for the phone mobile version of my site. The issue I am having on the Sela mobile theme is adjusting the position of the overlay text that is over the featured image in the desktop site. On the mobile site it puts this text underneath the featured image, which is fine and looks great. Only problem is that it is left aligned. Is there CSS I can add to center align and expand the width of this content underneath the featured image on the mobile site?

Sela Theme – Front Page Widget HTML Problem

The front page widgets are no longer lining up equally. When I go into them to try to correct it, I can’t find why this is so. However, there is a message for the 2nd and 3d widgets which says: The widget may contain code that may work better in the new “Custom HTML” widget. How about trying that widget instead?

I have no idea what the message means, as I am using the widget provided by the Sela Theme for the front page. The three widgets ‘used to’ line up fine.

Older Post Button Not Working (Sela Theme)
