We are using the default settings for the search radius option.
“Show the search radius dropdown?” Box is checked.
“Search radius options:” set to 10,25,[50],100,200,500

Our locator has listings all over the United States (at least 1 result in every state).

If I search the zip code 89011 using the default search radius and search result settings the search results include 6 locations. This is accurate.

If I search the zip code 84770 using the default search radius and search result settings the search results include 1 location. This is also accurate.

However, if I search the zip code 84770 but increase the search radius to 500 miles, the search result still only includes 1 location. This would be inaccurate at all 6 of the results for 89011 are less than 500 miles from 84770 and should, therefore, be included in the results but they’re not.

After viewing a previous thread I tried increasing the max search results which is set to a default value of 25 with the drop down enabled. Even though 7 search results would be less than the default value of 25, I went ahead and tested by increasing the max results to 100 but the search results were unchanged: 1 result for 84770 with a 500 mile radius.

I also tried turning the max results drop-down off and increasing the max results default to 100 but that also didn’t change anything.

Good day. Store locator’s search radius and result are working fine on desktop but not working on mobile. I’ve tried deactivation other plugins but the problem persists.

On my map page, I am seeing an extra drop-down box next to “Search radius”.
This dropdown is empty. I can not find a setting to turn it off, or hide it with CSS.

The correct radius drop-down is next to this blank drop-down box.

I would like to change the search radius down to 500 Meters, at the moment it is only possible to use 1 KM.

is it possible to reduce the search radius to 500 Meters?

I’ve got a question referring to the search results. For example we have three jobs to offer in Munich, so when I search “Munich” in the search form, I want these three to be shown in the map and in the list underneath. But in the list I got about eight results, because there are jobs included which are about 80 kilometers away.

Is it possible to change the search-radius? So when I search for Munich I only got results in a radius of 30 kilometers in our list, for example?
