Making search display content of tab rather than whole page

I use a lot of tabbed items in my pages. When I use the search facility (say, for “dectape”) the search page returns the page rather than part of the page with the group of tapes, so if a user clicks on the search return, they’ll be taken to the top of the page rather than the area of the page with the actual item they searched for.

Is there a way to get searches to return links that point to the relevant part of the page?

Hiya,

I’ve added search to a menu. When I enter a term and hit return, the page with the search results is in the “default template” which is a blog page style. The rest of the site uses the “front page” template, so this looks out of character.

How do I change the search page template?

How to remove the featured images from search results?

Using Simone’s search feature, if I look for a word or phrase which is on a page that has a featured image, in the search results that display the featured image is included, but it is decreased vertically and sometimes this cropping will cut off something important, say, the head of a person (I give an example below). Is there a way to just not include featured images in search page results?

Disable ,,No,, on search page

Hello, does anybody have a solution how to disable ,,No,, before ,,Search Page Results,, ?

In customization page I see editable ,,Search results page titles,, option, but after editing my own text, in my language, it make sense only on found results. (Correct, like in english: ,,Search Page Results,,)

But the 2nd case (No search results), translated sentence:

,,No,, + ,,Search page results,, is in my language incorrect….

Under Sir Winston Churchill, quote comes up: ,,Sorry, but nothing matched your search criteria. Please try again with some different keywords.,, so for me It is not necessary to have ,,No,, in heading…

Search results redirection

Is it possible to set specific search results pages depending on the word/words that was/were searched for?

For example: When someone does a search for the word ‘politics’ it will end up on a page laughing at him with maybe even some relevant links. But mainly laughing because my website doesn’t deal with politics (for example!).

I could leave this alone, but I would really like to make specific pages for some search words I pick myself. So it will not always end up on the page that says ‘Not found’.
