Box not appearing

I recently installed the plugin on my site. Set to box to show on three posts, but it doesn’t on my system, and on the other system, it shows up right at the bottom.

I’ve tried this earlier once, with the same theme (Divi) and at 87% it popped right where i wanted it. Now, however, it’s popping way below.

Please advise.

Hi,

First of all great plugin. I need a really cool feature though.

When you dismiss the scroll triggered box then I’ll want to open it again. So for example when I have my email optin form in the box, I want people who reconsidered to be able to optin anyways by opening the box again.

Look at how www.sleeknote.com uses it. It’s pretty neat.

How to avoid scroll bar in the box

But even though I have fitted all elements inside the box, there is a scroll bar appearing on the right hand side. I want to avoid any scroll bar inside the box. What should I do?

Scroll Box just stopped working

We had our scroll box working great here https://socialbizconcepts.com and suddenly it stopped working after upgrading WP to 4.1.1. I have tried clearing out cache and disabling Cache plugin but it still will not popup.

Idea for better interoperability with non-default form

Hello, it would be great to have ‘close box forever after submission’ option even for non-default form or 3rd party form.
Use scenario:

user fills form in scrollbox and submits it
user is taken to ‘thank you’ page and cookie is set
box is not shown anymore for this user

To accomplish this, I have to temporarily disable plugin if cookie exists using technique similar to https://lowgravity.pl/blog/quick-tip-how-to-disable-wp-plugin-on-certain-page/. This seems to be quite dirty way…

It would be much easier if there would be new scrollbox option added – in scrollbox edit page there would be two new textinputs – ‘custom cookie name’ and ‘custom cookie value’ – and if plugin would detect such cookie, scrollbox would be not shown. The cookie would be set in my own form processing code.

Scroll Triggered and Mailchimp Data

Hey Guys, I got an issue:

1) I’ve successfully integrated scroll triggered with mailchimp – atleast it looks like that.
2) When I tested it (with both double optin selected and unselected) no new email got added to my mailchimp list
3) I tried adding email via sign me up checkbox at post well but it didnt work.

Usage on Blog Page But Not Posts When Blog Page is Not Front Page

When the blog page is set to a page other than the front page (i.e., “Posts page” in Reading settings), there is no way to trigger the box on the blog page and not trigger it on individual blog posts. We’ve tried every conceivable combination without success. We think the answer may be adding a Posts page option keying on the is_home function referring to:

I have replaced the default code with my Mailchimp code. The subscribe button does not work (lead to a thank you page, or send a confirmation email).

Woothemes button shortcode CSS inheritance

Hello,
I’m trying to figure out how the STB plugin handles the theme CSS style.
I’m using a theme from Woothemes and it is possible to add buttons simply using a shortcode as explained here.
When I insert the shortcode on regular pages or articles etc… they appear as they should according to the theme style, but when I insert the shortcode in the STB plugin they show up differently.
Strange thing, the Submit button of the Contact Form 7 which is present in the same box, is showing correctly.
How can I set STB to “inherit” the button CSS style from the theme?
