Scroll to Id sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t only on mobile

The scroll links work fine throughout the site and everything seems smooth. However, on mobile, some of the links work and some do not, instead trying to go the section, but popping back to the top. I’ve noticed the ones that do works tend to be in sections that occur right after some kind of function is called. So for instance, https://www.sarahbalinskas.com/archives/#artistList. However, if you switch to another section on another page, it will hop back to the top (for example: https://www.sarahbalinskas.com/display-alternatives/#PedestalsandBases). Not sure what is going on. Any ideas?

Doesn’t scroll to id when coming from a different page

Hello,

As the title says, it works if I’m at the homepage. But if I’m on a different page, and I click the “Teams” at the menu bar, its not go to the id section.

I already set a full URL at the menu option.

Hello,

I would like to implement a fonction similar to the ‘scroll to id’ plugin.

When on front page (=one page) I would like a link in my menu that bring me to a section (a page configured to be a section of the front page) in a nice smooth scroll (if possible…).

Right now if I put a link in my menu It bring me right to the page, and not the section of my (one page) front page.

I hope it’s clear…

Scroll to ID plugin has stopped working

I have Scroll to ID on a couple of websites but one has just stopped working. Everything is up to date. It behaves rather strangely now and flicks about on the page when the menu links are clicked. You can see the website in question at: https://payacademy.co.uk

Scroll to id big title buttons – doesn’t work

Hello,

i noticed one problem on my website: https://www.misje.kapucyni.eu

After click on the one of the buttons in Big Title section, there is no smooth scroll animation. I have checked, and it works with button “contact” on the top menu – after click, smooth scroll is working, and bring me to the “contact” section.
Do You have any ideas, what should be done, to have the same effect for all blue buttons in big title section? Problem occurred, after moving website files from subdirectory to directory.

Three highlighted menus problem

Hello, I have problem, my menu is: HOME, ABOUT US, PORTFOLIO, CONTACT.
ABOUT US and PORTFOLIO is a part on home page and it’s working with this plugin, but HOME and CONTACT linking to another page without plugin.

When I access my home page, HOME, ABOUT US and PORTFOLIO is selected and highlighted.

Multiple menu items active (finally a new issue!)

Hi, sorry to ask that question for the 105th time, but I’m having issues with multiple menu items being active the same time. I reckon my options are set correctly (“Force single highlight”, “Keep highlight until next” are checked) and for whatever reason, it hightlights two more items than there should be.

There must be some kind of issue, because the one that should actually be active (first #div) is not and the following 2 #divs are (all are visible when you load the page), so I gave the first menu item the mPS2id-highlight class, but the other 2 still have theirs (and not the -first either, they all are mPS2id-highlight now)

Any ideas how to solve this? (and sorry if this one already got solved, this search function is terrible)

Not scrolling to right spot first click

Hi, I have been reviewing your support for a while now. I am experiencing a common problem, the first click goes to the wrong spot on the home page and the second click works. I think it is an element loading that is throwing me off and I can’t figure out what it is. Can you have a look at the site. www.chambreclaire.ca

It goes to the wrong spot the first time.
It goes to the right spot the second time.
Linking from another page (Client galleries) it goes to the wrong spot.
It all goes to the right spot on mobile.

Can you help?

Jumping to Section instead of Scrolling (Divi Theme)

Hi,

Im using Divi 2.1.4 from Elegant themes on wordpress 4.0 and the scroll to id works but is jumping to the section instead of the animated scroll.

Links Won't Animate/Scroll (Headway Theme)

Hi, I am developing a site using Headway themes version 3.6.3. I have set up the menu and the id’s for the pages, but it won’t scroll/animate, just jumping to page.

Any help would be great!
