How to add scroll text (ticker) above header of the website?

Hello,

I want to add a ticker or a scroll text on top of my website, on all pages.

How do I do this?

I used a plugin “Horizontal Scroll” but I am not able to put the scroll on top of the site.

Can anyone here help with a solution?

hello,
I’m having trouble finding help for what I want to do in my wordpress page.
I want to have a fixed width-height text box where you need to scroll to see the rest of the continue of the text. I dont want the box to have board or background, just the text.
Im using the theme double-exposure

Main area scrolling

Hi!

I would like to have the header, footer and side-widget areas fix on the screen.
The text and images from Posts and Pages should be displayed into a fix-sized main area.
If the info is more than the fixed size, than THAT area could be scrolled.

So, how to make the MAIN AREA scrollable?
