Wordfence scan failing every time

I am trying to get rid of a virus on. my site, It is a redirect hack, I was advised to download and scan with wordfence however I have been trying for days to scan and and it just fails.

Wordfence Central Templates – Scan Settings

We are leaning on Wordfence Central to delivery template settings crossed multi-sites. We have noticed most of these settings applying however the Scan and Scheduled Scan Settings aren’t applying and or aren’t changing. I am assuming this is because of the non-premium installations however would love to know if this is controllable via templates and Wordfence Central or if this is a pure premium feature that the individual sites need in order to modify the Scan Schedule Settings.

I’ve dug into cron settings, db settings and values and confirmed no scan settings changing on template application(s).

Does Jetpack Scan files for file sharing uploaded in Buddypress

I have a social network that also used for project management – built on buddypress. I have wanted to allow people to upload files to share. I use Jetpack. Would Jetpack scan the uploaded files in different formats that are common for work or design sharing for malware?

The site allows image, video, and audio upload through rtMedia. I didn’t know if the other file types that people use for work (like CAD files for example) were scanned by jetpack.

I haven’t allowed it yet because I didn’t know how it worked. One Example site of mine is ColleagueChat (a work still in progress). Thanks, Peter

Hi there, I am using the plugin with Elementor forms. QR codes are scanning fine and inputting the data, however, for my project I have to scan PDF417 barcodes, which is not working.

Looking at the code, PDF417 should be valid, but on my site and your demo site, those barcodes are just not scanning.

Also, I can only scan fields when I am logged in. When not logged, the scanner button does not appear.

I installed AMP but I got an error message when using the wizard (see below). It also says: ‘null is not an object (evaluating ‘a.type’)‘. I use the Twenty Twenty Two theme and a few plugins (Jetpack, Woocommerce, Mailpoet and Akismet).
How can I solve this problem?

I’m experiecing an issue with the addon.
It happens when the automatic scan occurs, as well as when I try to save settings (most likely cause the scan is started before saving = settings aren’t saved).
If I use the toggle to disable scanning, I am able to save settings, but then I cannot activate it again (i activated it again through the database).
The error email I recieve contains these diagnostic details:

However I can not find documentation on how EXACTLY I can check in a customer with a bar code.

The part that is NOT clear is when the buyer brings me the bar code print out –

1. with what do I scan it?
2. how is that notification getting to the plugin so I know they had the appointment
3. how does the customer get confirmation their QR code was scanned.

Is there an APP that works perfectly with this? ( note the one you link to is no longer supported)

please walk me thru a real example of the above 1 – 3 steps

The reviews are not great and $329 investment with app and bard code app – I am not able to devote time to ‘testing’ – so please have a specialist with use case explain in detail.
