I have not been able to stop Scan from scanning this file. I have not been able to increase my php execution time either – I’ve edited every php.ini file that is on my server.
This just started today. I haven’t been playing with anything on the server except for HTTP headers.

]]>Does Solid Security offer that option please? To scan every file in the account. Not only the wordpress files.
I hope that question is stupid, and that service is included. Thanks. Great project.
]]>If I look at the wordfence central dashboard, 3 of the sites look quite normal but one has the two green arrows indicating presumably that a scan is happening. This has been scanning for 3 days now. It also show 48% compliance for the scan and 60% for the firewall.
If you click the results you are taken to a page showing the scan. This states that the scan compliance percentage is 60% and the Firewall 70% WHY a difference?
The scan has 3 grey padlocks then 8 big blue ticks. and APPEARS over yet still has a STOP SCAN button active. There are 0 Results Found and 0 Ignored Results. What is happening here?
If you go to the Wordfence scan page of the website (https://friendsofhoverugby.org.uk/wp-admin/admin.php?page=WordfenceScan) then you see 60% compliance for scan and 70% compliance for firewall. and a START NEW SCAN button. Which would seem to indicate that the scan is over. Why the difference between Central and the main page?
Again, it has the 0 results and 0 ignored., 3 grey padlocks and 8 blue ticks.
I also note that there is 1 connection issue, NOT for the one showing the scanning peculiarities. This is history.hoverugby.club and it just says Error Detected. I hit retry and it reports that it is still having trouble. Yet, if you look at the Dashboard it appears connected -although nothing is clear.
Can you help with these issues please?

I am writing to seek your assistance with an issue that has arisen following a recent server migration of my website. Since the migration, I have encountered a persistent scan failure in Wordfence. The error message states: “The current scan looks like it has failed. Its last status update was 1 hour 43 minutes ago. You may continue to wait in case it resumes or stop and restart the scan. Some sites may need adjustments to run scans reliably.”
Before the migration, Wordfence was functioning without any issues. The migration was necessitated by technical difficulties with the previous server, and all other aspects of the website appear to be functioning correctly on the new server.
Here are some additional details that might help in diagnosing the problem:
I have attempted to restart the scan multiple times without success. I suspect that the server migration might have altered some configurations that are affecting Wordfence’s ability to perform scans reliably.
Could you please provide guidance on what adjustments might be necessary to restore the normal functionality of Wordfence scans? I have also sent a report via Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics > “Send report by email.”
Thank you for your assistance,
@barryseal
