Plugin not saving

Basically, the plugin is not saving my steps. I tried using different browsers, incognito mode, removing all extensions, it won’t save my steps.

Hi,

Working on a new site using a subdomain for develpment. Saving Photonic settings does nothing. Page reverts back to default. I tested by adding a custom shortcode to the settings page. Tried some other settings too and nothing was saved.

Not encountering problems saving settings for other plugins. Only Photonic.

Disabled plugins and determined when I turned off Forminator I could save my Photonic settings.

I have so many complex forms built, I’m hoping to find a way to make Photonic and Forminator play nicely.

You thoughts and help would be appreciated.

I have tried all the methos mentioned in your page “https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/” and also re-installed the plugin twice, but no help there!

I am unable to save focus keywords in any blog which leads to no seo activity. kindly, update me on this asap, what could be the cause, everything else is working fine on the website.

Saving in visual view kills markup

I just recognized that I can’t save posts / pages in visual view anymore without loosing my markup. This is very crucial – I use the plugin on about 200 websites, where I let the customer edit single parts via the visual editor. Is there any chance for a fix?

Not saving changes in blocks?

I got this theme, Hypnos, which uses Gutenberg but it’s not saving my changes. See the video (https://youtu.be/NWJm13ulA_w) for a video recording of the issue.

I read some issues about cache plugins being the problem so I disabled those and issue remains.

Single Page Location is Being Changed / Saved rather then multiple

Amazing Plugin.

Tested many, but this one is really superb.

I wanna move multiple pages and make them sub-pages of some particular parent page.

I did move them one by one. But when I refreshed the Page Tree or Default page of wordpress, only ONE page was made child rather than multiple.

Could you please tell me whether there are limits to saving or changing page hierarchy?

Issue Saving View/Edit permsiion for Users

Expected result: Giving permissions to users for viewing and editing the charts and saving changes properly and expecting to get it saved. What is happening: Giving permissions to users for viewing and editing the charts and saving the changes properly but after page refreshes, the changes are lost.
Need your help ASAP.

If I edit any of the settings and then click save, the changes do not save and it always goes back to the default settings.
It’s happening in: Popup icon position, Background image, Background color, GDPR message, etc.

Hi, I just installed the plugin and created a board. After creating, I managed to successfully do a test by creating an idea… However, I’m now trying to change the settings and can’t seem to do so. Whenever I click on the Save All Settings button, it will be stuck on “Please wait while we save the settings…” without anything else happening. None of the settings are saved. Apart from creating the board with all default settings, I’ve not changed anything else. There are no other plugins enabled, no chrome extensions enabled and I’ve also tried to do the same thing on Chrome Incognito Mode to no avail.
