Trouble Saving Settings

We have a problem when we try to save the new shipping prices. After entering the values and we try to save it, it just loads endlessly and the changes are not saved.

So far, we have never had such problems with the plugin.

Your changes were not saved due to an error (or you made none!).

I have run into an issue with the free version of this amazing plugin which I have been using for years. The one moment it worked fine and the next it just stopped saving new entries and changes. Also does not disable or delete fields. Does not save any action, even when clicking the save button. Please help urgently, tnx!

I built my website and it was all very good and really beautiful. However, I used this plugin for most of the features because they were really good. However, when I was nearly finishing and I was saving some important blocks on the home page, the entire site stopped saving. I couldn’t save or update my site any longer. I started troubleshooting, deactivating and then reactivating plugins one by one until I realised that the problem was this plugin. Yet, deactivating it deletes all the content with it! As I say, I have to repeat everything! I am too disappointed because this is the first time experiencing such!

He solicitado soporte desde el 28 de Febrero ya que es la versión pro y no dan respuesta, he desinstalado y vuelto a instalar el plugin pero sigue con los mismos errores, de mismo modo he actualizado, alguna idea de que pueda ser ?

I’m trying to save some setting, but when I hit the save button, the plugin only shows the screen loader when it really is not loading and saving anything. When I refresh the page the changes was not made.

Pagelayer plugin error on saving

Hi there,
In’ve just installed Pagelayer plugin on a subdirectory of my website.
I use PopularFx theme and Foodporium template content.

The plugin works perfectly until the saving moment.
When I try to save an edited page (or just create a new one, edit and save it) with Pagelayer editor the following error block the saving:
“An error occured while saving ! Status : error and Error :”

I tried everything. If I edit the page with the WP Classic editor, Elementor or other page builder I can save it normally, so the problem it’s with Pagelayer.
I’ve uninstall and install it again. I’ve also uninstall and reinstall a clean wordpress, there aren’t errors on my dashboard, it’s all updated and the subdirectory is empty, I’ve no media files or other plugins.
But the plugin continue to give me the same error.

Can you tell me why this error occurred and how to fix it?

1.0.9 corrupts gallery as reusable block in WP 5.0 and 5.1

Hi,

I ran yesterday into an issue with an gallery marked as “reusable block”. When I want to edit a page where that gallery is used, the block appears as a gray block with the letters “block has been deleted or is not aviable” (translated from German). When I select from the “tool menue” on the upper right side the point “manage all reusable blocks” the block appears in the list. I can view and edit the block but get an error when saving the changes: “saving failed”.

Before I ran into the problem I did an update from WP 5.0 to WP 5.1 and an update of the Gallery Custom Links Plugin to 1.0.9. So first I thought it might be trouble with WP 5.1. and the database update during the update process. But today I reversed to WP 5.0 and restored the database to the state before the update while keeping the Plug-In update to 1.0.9. and the issue still exists. When I deselect the Plug-In I can view and edit the reusable gallery block. When I activate the Plug-In I get the issues mentioned abouve.

I use WP 5.0.3 (or 5.1 respectivly, see above) and the Ribosome Theme. I also tried the “Twenty Nineteen” Theme with same resulte (issue). WP is running on a server with PHP 7.0.33 on Ubuntu 16.04. I use Firefox Browser.

Duplicated tags when reloading the page

Great plugin, it would save a lot of time, fantastic idea.

My only problem is, when I reload the page all the information I have entered is lost!
The text is duplicated in several images and the languages are mixed.

How can I solve this problem?
It looks like the plugin is not saving the information correctly on the database.

Publishing/Updating/Saving gives 404 error

Hi, When ever i try to publish a post or update some post or plugin settings, i get a 404 page. It was working fine but suddenly it happened. Yesterday i updated to 4.8 version but issue is still there. Any help would be appreciated. My site is www.mixwpthemes.net

I have searched up and down looking for solutions.

I have tried:
??Changing the .htaccess file
??Adding a time zone to the php.ini file
??Raising file size with php.ini
??Disabling plugins
??Deleting inactive plugins
??Checking error log – so far nothing

NOTHING has worked for me. I can’t save/update ANYTHING, whether it’s a form, a post, a page, a theme .php file. Literally nothing.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?
