Another issue that might be related – I also can’t seem to update the Title / Alt/ Caption. Only the “ALT Text” will stay and the Title and Caption are being deleted.
We haven’t changed themes recently, and I’ve attempted disabling all plugins, removing cache, etc.
Site is using MaxGalleria 6.2.0 and WP 5.6, and PHP 7.3.23.
]]>When I try to change layout, WP doesn′t save the change. I can publish or keep a draft but always with the default layout.
Some days ago I had to reinstall WP because top bar admin appeared only in the home page but not on the rest of the pages (when logged in). It slowly fixed itself.
Does anyone know what could be causing this issue?
Thanks,
Julia

I am having some problems with my website. Somehow I see different things when I’m in admin mode compared with the real website. For example: I added a translator plugin for the website. In admin mode I can see it in my website but when I logout, it’s gone. I have the same problem with video’s. When I’m in admin mode I can see my video’s playing but when I logout the video’s are gone and that part is blanco.
Would really appreciate some help on this, thanks in advance!

]]>I am having some troubles with my website. When I’m in admin mode it shows the website exactly how I built it but when I logout and just visit the website somehow I don’t see the changes I’ve made and it actually changes the layout from some pages I’ve built. For example: I installed a translate plug-in which I do see and it works in admin mode but when I logout it’s gone. Another example: my gallery was with a nice background picture and layout and when I logout it messed it up. Text and menu bar are suddenly gone and the page looks almost unformatted.
Would really appreciate to get some help!
Thank you so much in advance,
Cyn
]]>The display that appears to the right of the customizer shows all the desired changes that I have made. I can navigate within that display and everything works wonderfully. The pages, the blog, the featured images, the posts, the colors, mobile display, fonts, etc. all work and display correctly from within that screen.
When I “x” out of the customizer the ‘save’ button is still opaque. I choose ‘visit the site’ from within word press and the changes are not there. I access the site from my address bar and the changes are not there.
If I go back to word press and enter the customizer from the word press themes page SG Window icon to customize, I land at the main customizer drop down display with my website pages displayed on the right and within that display of my blog everything works fine.
If I enter the customizer from the dashboard ‘customize’ option, I again land at the main customizer drop down display, The ‘save and publish’ button flashes briefly and reverts to the opaque save button. Everything in the display on the right (my blog) works and is as I designed it. The display is showing that the changes were made and that they are working correctly, but when you access the blog from outside the customizer the changes are not there.
One other thing I should mention. I don’t think that widgets selected using the word press dashboard ‘widget’ button are saved. I have not done enough testing to be positive.
I really want to install this theme for my site. It looks just the way I want it in the customizer but not on the net. Can you help me figure this out?
Carlos
PS: I recorded all of my settings and have included them below.
‘Site title and tagline’ option is set and displays correctly in both the display to the right of the customizer and when displayed calling up the site from the internet.
The same holds for the ‘header image’option.
‘customize layout’ options are as follows:
‘site size’ is at 1680
‘featured image’ is 400.
‘columns’ unit is %; width of first with two sidebar layout is 20%; width of second column with two sidebars is 20%; left or right sidebars only are set at 34%/
‘post’ checked options are ‘display featured image’; ‘display title’; ‘display author’; ‘display post date’; and,’display link to comments’
‘home’ options are: ‘two columns'(checked); and, ‘override default sidebars’ is checked; ‘first column’ and second column’ are checked
.
‘blog’ options are ‘blog layout’ 1 column; ‘post style’ is content; display: post author;post date;post comments;and, ‘override default sidebars’ is checked; ‘first column’ and second column’ are checked.
‘search’ options are: ‘search layout’ is right column; ‘page style’ is excerpt;and, ‘override default sidebars’ is checked; ‘first column’ and second column’ are checked.
‘portfolio archive’options are: ‘portfolio(Archive)layout is full width;portfolio (Archive) layout (content)’ is 2 columns; ‘index style’ is content; and, ‘override default sidebars’ is checked; ‘first column’ and second column’ are checked.
‘portfolio page’ options are:layout is two columns; and, ‘override default sidebars’ is checked; ‘first column’ and second column’ are checked.
‘page’ options are: page layout is two columns; display title; and, ‘override default sidebars’ is checked; ‘first column’ and second column’ are checked.
‘archive’ options are: layout (content) 1 column;and, ‘override default sidebars’ is checked; ‘first column’ and second column’ are checked.
‘default layout’ options are:two colimns; first column and second column (checked). I don’t know what ‘register default sidebars for all pages’ means so I did not check it.
