When adding and editing forms, they are not saved. Every time I get a popup message about the inability to save data – see screenshot.
This problem is relevant when the admin panel has an address different from the standard one and is related only to the latest version of WPForms 1.8.7.2. I.e. when using a custom address for /wp-admin/ and a custom address for wp-login.php, under these conditions WPForms cannot save forms.
I am using the “WP Hide & Security Enhancer” plugin on all client sites to improve security and also to set up custom addresses for /wp-admin/ and for wp-login.php. The problem with saving appeared after WPForms 1.8.7.2 update. Before that the combination of “WP Hide & Security Enhancer” and WPForms worked fine.
PHP 7.4.33
WordPress 6.3.3
WPForms 1.8.7.2
WP Hide & Security Enhancer 2.3.1
I would appreciate your response and help.
Thank you!
I need to modify one of existing forms, but I cannot save it and even cannot preview. Here is the message I have:
“Something went wrong while saving your form. Please try again.”
I created a new form. Was able to save the form with small number of elements ( about 15). After this the problem with saving appear again. What is interesting, sometimes it allow me to save one more modification, but most of times no.
I turn on debug, here is what I have in debug.log:

]]>If I change the subscription values in the admin and save there the values are saved properly.
I can change the list checkbox values and have them save properly. It’s only the custom field checkboxes that do no work properly.
I have disables all themes and plugins and only enabled MailPoet and it still fails so it’s not a conflict. I have the latest version of WordPress and all plugins.
]]>Is it possible for a user to save a form halfway through filling and open it later and continue to complete it? I see wpForms has abandonment plugin that have this feature.
And related to my first question is there a way I can show on the users frontend the forms he has not completed or saved/submitted
Im trying to save the form data on the admin area,. After press the save button, it says: “Action updated”, but do not save the form.
Location: Forms/Edit form/E-mail&actions -> e-mail message
Thanks for help.

Haven’t tried it because it needs only to apply to the new traing question/test forms rather than all Forminator created forms across our website.
Question (assuming the above works in our case) – can we make it ‘form specific’ and if so, how?
Thanks.
]]>I have installed Caldera Forms long time ago without any problems still today. I have latest version of Caldera Forms 1.6.3 based on WordPress 4.9.6–de_DE installed.
Today I have updated my order form several times. Now I can’t save the changes via the form settings anymore which means I don’t get the message ‘update succesful’ and the changes are not saved finally.
What can I do to get the problem solved? A rollback to a former version was not successful. The same problem appears.
Thank you in advance for support!

So I installed FormCraft Basic, it shot me into Version 1.0.5 (which I suspect may be the issue haha), but I am unable to save any forms. Doesn’t matter how small or large the form, when “Save Form” is clicked I get a “Failed Saving” red pop-up in the top right corner of my screen.
On the off chance the plugin wasn’t liking my site (since it is currently not live, and only accessible from my server) I tried to save a form on a different site, only to be met with the same issue..
Not sure how to go about fixing this, what the problem actually is, or if I am just too d— inept to understand how to make this plugin work. Any thoughts on how to solve this would be MORE than appreciated. (Other than this odd bug, I’m loving this form layout and potential.)
