2 different orders at same time and the same list of products for both

Hello !
On the live shop https://zesti.fr, we had 2 orders made at the same time by 2 customers ; it was 2 different orders for 2 different lists of products.
But both of these customers has been charged for the same list of products ! (Stripe)
We have exactly the same invoice for both, but with 2 different numbers.
Where this error can come from please ? (in order we try to resolve it !)

Don’t allow events at the same time

Hello,

is it possible to not allow events to be at the same time?
My customer wants to have a time difference of 2 hours after an event finished befor another one could potentially start.
There are going to be a few different people makeing events therefore they could tecinally make an event at the same time someone else did which should not be allowed.

Hope somebody can help me with this.

Hi,

I need to set up the following scenario and am unable to do this on either the back or front end:

The customer needs to be able to book unlimited services at the same time with different stylists.

For example; a customer is going to the hair salon with his wife and child and the whole family can get their haircut at the same time, with 3 different stylists: so he needs to book:

– 1 Gent’s hair cut,
– 1 Child’s hair cut,
– 1 Ladies cut

…all at 2pm and with three different stylists. Please can you advise how to do this?

it seens that is actual not possible to set 2 ninjaforms with recaptcha on one page.
only one recaptcha will work, at the second ninjaform it dont will be displayed.
well, 2 different ninjaform on one page is not unusual . and we neet this recaptcha, because we have many spam attacs.
do you know how we resolve it?

Lightbox and Full Size Image view open simultaneous

Hello,

I’m using the free version of the FooBox Gallery and the FooBox Image Lightbox.

Unfortunately, when I enable the FooBox I have very strange behaviour.
As you can see here, the FooBox opens an works fine. But when you close the Foobox you will see the full size view of first image you clicked.

No matter which settings I try, I can’t get rid of the full size view. When I choose “not linked” FooBox isn’t working anymore.

Hello,

I configured two different boxes and i need to show them on every pages (except a certain category) and I did it. I configured the first boxes at 1 day for cookies and the second for 4 days and at the first time on my website if you reset your cookies the both boxes appear. Now i’d like to know if it’s possible to show one box at a time. For example, the first box appears (with 1 day cookies) and the second waits and doesn’t appear. I click to hide on the first box, now I need to wait 1 day that it appears again. I go in an other page and now (with conditions) the second box can appear because the first isn’t here anymore for 24h. So i’d like to know if there is conditions between boxes.

My apologize, my English isn’t good enough I think but if you need I can try to explain this by another way.

awesome plugin but found a small bug

I was playing around with it by changing weekdays, and then it stopped working correctly. All media posts created get the same date and time despite the 4 slots setting. Can you please tell me where it gets written and why it went wrong when it was working fine before I started changing some settings? I’d really appreciate it as I am currently stuck with it.
