]]>I have 3 forms configured on my site, using custom fields and all 3 are now working and submitting data to Salesforce.
One of them – https://harrisonlane.strategiq.co.nz/design-price-estimate/ is running the lines together in the emails that get sent to admin as well as to the customer if they request a copy for themselves once you get to the custom fields, whereas the others display each field of the form on a separate line.
Just wondering if you can think of any reason why that might be… (Dealing with the really big issues now I know!)
Many Thanks, Angela (Example of email below)

Who are the decision makers for the project? That way we can make sure no-one is left out of the loop: Laura & Matt What is the physical address of the building site?: Test address, RD 3 Drury For what use is the building to be designed?: Equestrian Do you require a Resource Consent for the building?: No Do you know what size you want the building to be? Don’t worry if you don’t know, but it helps if you have some idea: 300m2 Is there a style of building you like?: Pitched Roof Are there any special requirements, such as horse float parking?: Lots of room for horses What target budget are we working with to complete the building (incl GST)?: Over $300k Do you require the services of our finance broker, or do you have this in hand?: No, I already have funding arranged When would you like your project to be complete?: 6-9 months Do you have a Geo-technical report for the building site? This is a report from a Geo-technical engineer who tests the load bearing capacity of the soil (sometimes this is not necessary, but if you have one bring it to the design meeting): No, I don’t have a geo-tech report Do you have power to the site?: Yes Would you like help with septic and stormwater design?: No, I have this in hand
Lead Source: Design and Price Estimate form
]]>I’ve successfully gotten the web to lead plugin to work, but when we submit a contact form from within our office network, no lead is created on Salesforce. However, if we switch to our external WiFi network, then it seems to work fine.
The website is hosted externally at Hostgator, so I am not sure why this would matter. We have been using our email addresses as the contact email when filling out the form, and the domain of the email is the same as the login domain for Salesforce.
We normally wouldn’t care, since customers will be outside the company, but we’d planned to have some people inside who receive incoming calls use the website’s form to add leads.
Thanks a lot for the help!
