Hi,

On Safari the Video and the fallback image both are showing. Can you please help? We wish to buy the Pro version as we want the video to show on mobile too but we’d like to know if the issues can be fixed first.

Scroll not working on Safari browser

TOC has previously worked well for me; however, I recently discovered that when clicking the links on the TOC (on every post that features TOC), the page does not scroll. This only happens on Safari. It doesn’t happen on Chrome.

It’s fine for me, as I can just switch to Chrome, but not a good user experience for my readers who have Safari. The link provided is just one example.

Formatting issues with Elementor pages and Safari

Hi,
I’ve been building my site with Elementor using the Neve theme. After formatting my pages with the tablet responsive mode I view the pages on an ipad (safari browser) and all of the pages look differently than what the Elementor preview shows. The most obvious differences are on the home page because some of the content is cropped out of the page. Also, in landscape mode, part of the menu header is cropped out on every page, not just home page. Iphones also display the margins slightly differently, which makes me think it’s a safari issue.

I’ve already tried disabling all plugins. Changing to a default theme seems to fix the issue, but I’d prefer to keep the same theme so I don’t have to reformat everything.

Safari Issue

Hi,

The plugin works GREAT for our client’s websites. However, we see Safari has an issue when opening WhatsApp Web. We know this is an issue between Safari and WhatsApp.

We know Safari doesn’t have a lot of market this days.

However, do you have any solution or workaround for it to work in Safari?

Hi, we are looking to replicate the same justified gallery from a photographer website, meanwhile we have been trying several plugin out there … to some we had to pay for and no one covers our needs other are getting close to the results but are not very well programmed….

Safari issue: counter not showing

I don’t know if this was happening before but it was brought to my attention today that the share count is not showing on safari while it is showing fine on other browsers. When I checked the browser console I found the error Did not load script at ‘https://static.addtoany.com/menu/page.js’ because non script MIME types are not allowed when ‘X-Content-Type: nosniff’ is given. I searched the web but could not find any fix so I hope someone here can help me.

Safari version 11.1(13605.1.33.1.2)
Mac OS: High Sierra 10.13.4
