Plugin works great. Just one problem. How does it decide who gets the emails for time off requests. I get them but it is being routed through our root server instead of the individual server. Basically I am the server admin for multiple sites and our client wants to see the emails not me as the root admin.

Site in test directory force redirects to root level

My site in a test directory occasionally force redirects to the root level.
CORRECT: https://sn2016.cl/test-site/
INCORRECT: https://sn2016.cl

This site was never moved from its location. I used Softaculous Apps Installer available through my hosting cPanel to install WordPress into the directory called “test-site”. This is an in-progress site obviously. This redirect happens with some browsers/PCs, but not all. Deleting browser history/cache helps, but only temporarily.

I have tried the following:

Can anyone think of something that I could have missed, that is causing this force redirect?

I am currently using your plugin but require the ability to add a custom post type post to be the root level of another custom post type.

Do you think that this would be possible?

Moving Sub Directory to Root

Wonderful plugin. I’ve tested it a few times from a sub-domain to a brand new sub-domain. Works perfectly.

My only concern is my next move. I’ll be duplicating a sub-domain and installing it on the root level of the domain. I’m nervous that when I upload the ‘installer.php’ and archive zip into the root and run the wizard, that all my sub-directories will be wiped.

Even if I back those up, it’ll be very time consuming to load them back in there. Can you help my confidence? Thank you!

blog posts missing / hidden at root level

How do I move my blog posts from the https://www.smbresearch.net root level to https://smbresearch.net/blog?

When I created a new static front page, all of my blog posts which were at the https://smbresearch.net root level have not transferred over to https://wmbresearch.net/blog, even after I followed procedures to create a blank Blog page and redirect posts there on the Settings ====> Reading page.

We have this in the htaccess file, for the permalinks. I need to add setting the canonical URL to www.domain.com

Our current htaccess directive:

how to add authentication key from yahoo

Been trying to add my website to the yahoo search engine, but it says to add authentication key at the root level. Have clue where that is. I already have an FTP client – filezila. I’ve already uploaded and unzipped wordpress from my computer to the remote site. I just can’t figure out how to upload the authentication key at the “root level”. Thanks

Moving files from folder to root level

I originally created my wordpress site in a folder called “blog”… now I want to move the site to the root folder so I can avoid the www.mydomain.com/blog address… what should I know before I do this? I just started working with wordpress yesterday… definitely a newbie.
