In the profile form is used a profile radio button. It shows 4 um_roles (um_prestador, um_event_organizer, um_suscriptor and um_contenmanager).
All admin users, can change the subscriber role with “edit profile” from member user page, but from 2.6.3 version, it is not working anymore.
The admin user can go to member page, can select a user (i.e. um_suscriptor) and select the new user role to assign it (i.e. um_prestador) but the user still shows with um_suscriptor).

Remove a specific role when order status is changed to completed (but keep all other roles). Can you or your plugin help please?

]]>There is a new bug (certainly created with October 6 Update – Fixed security patch for role change via profile form).
I do not want user to modified their Role themself. So, I always had uncheck “User can modified field” in the Role field settings. That always works fine and still works.
In the past, the Administrator could change the Role. Now the Administrator cannot change the Role.
Please check. Thanks.
]]>Awesome plugin. It’s my go-to user role editor. I don’t know if this is a URE issue or not but it’s the most logical cause I can think of.
Three of my clients, all running WooCommerce sites and using URE to manage user roles, have had their user profile’s User Role change from Administrator
to None
whilst editing the website, seemingly for no reason. I believe they’ve all occured whilst editing a product. They get the default WordPress message: Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.
I searched the forums for a similar issue without luck. Have you had this reported before?
Cheers,
Joel
]]>Example:
“Author – um_role member1” login and opens member area.
He can now only “subscriber – No role for Ultimate Member” change the role to “subscriber – um_role member2”
But about the profile display, not in the WP adminbar.
To a picture as I mean.
Image view as I mean it!
Thank you for an answer!

]]>Please can you add a custom Transnational Notification when a user’s role is changed.
I would like to have an automatic email go to users when I upgrade their membership level in WordPress which is role based. e.g using S2 member plugin or similar.
There’s demand for this feature from other users and here’s some example code:
https://wpsnipp.com/index.php/functions-php/send-email-notification-when-user-role-changes
>use get_userdata and verify if the current user role is different than the new one…
Thanks!

]]>Here’s the scenario:
1. A post exists on the site named POST ONE and it was written by, say, the main admin account
2. The admin goes into the Post Editor and marks AUTHOR JIM as the author of POST ONE, instead of the admin himself
3. When the post is updated, WordPress sends an email to the author.
Anyone know of a plugin or a function to do this?
]]>Is there any plugin for it?
