I have 2 robots.txt !?

My site got two robots file at the same time…

https://www.worldstorehk.com/robots.txt is the default one, normal content.

https://worldstorehk.com/robots.txt is the one I don’t know where to edit it and this one ACTUALLY preventing the googlebot from crawling my site!

I tried to upload robots file and some plugin , but all affect on https://www.worldstorehk.com/robots.txt that one

I am so confused and upset that google blocked me and I cannot do anything

1) I don’t know why there exists two robots.txt … with and without www
2) I don’t know how to edit the file that without www

Anyone have the same problem and know what is going on?

I already have a robots.txt in my root directory and also can find it by typing the url “https://www.dev.seitti.be/seitti/robots.txt” but when i using a Web Developer Checklist which is a extension of chrome browser, it cannot find that it exist. So i want to know how to fix it anyway.

Is my Robots.txt file correct?

I have recently updated my Robots.txt file and was wondering if I am blocking items that I should. Also, the way I currently have it, is it doing any harm to my site ranking/indexing wise?

I came across this today, and apparently mine is disallowed…. how do I fix this? Where do I find the file and allow it?

I am trying to have one of my pages NOT be indexed. I used the Ultimate Noindex Nofollow tool plugin – but that is not working – the page numbers I specify are getting indexed anyway. Someone suggested I use a Robots.txt file instead.
since I am not sure how to do that, I looked through the forum and found KB Robots.txt plugin.
I’m wondering – if i turn OFF (uncheck) the option in the Google XML sitemaps plugin to have the URL be placed in a virtual robots.txt file, can I then also use KB Robots to generate a robots.txt file with the pages I don’t want indexed disallowed?
Not sure why the Ultimate plugin is not working, but I am looking for a work around
