I have used this plugin in the past without issue. Now trying to setup smtp with zoho, Mail SMTP want’s $80/year… That’s way too much to be able to send emails from my own email account… Also installed plugins I didn’t ask for or want, that’s called malware . GG

the fee for value is broken. I can re post with a link to the handful of sites I use. ITs not worth the ridiculous cost. When will Jetpack look at TOTAL COST of ownership for their model?
If I used all teh tools I wanted or needed for a site that is not for profit zero revenue site its crazy. EVEN if I was generating revenue your cost would be the single highest cost for the site.
Which is why I have gone to substack I no longer use wordpress or your expensive junk

Paid for Upgrade, Where is my upgrade?

I paid for an upgrade so that I could change the colors of some of the text. I see why they did not include this in their free version, so they could steal from people. I never received the upgrade or an email. I have sent requests for help to their customer service. I never received a reply. In fact, the only thing I did receive is a charge on my credit card.

Greedy and pretty much useless

The plugin has become all about greed and making money. Used to be worthwhile early on when most of the features were free. Ad revenue has dropped considerably in the past 5 months. Why would they try to start charging for so many features now? Probably just going to uninstall it. Social sharing is now a PAID option. What will be next? Pretty soon every feature will have some type of add-on and price to make more money. No thanks.

Update – You must now pay for site stats. As I mentioned previously, the plugin has become nothing more than a money grab. It’s worse now than ever. Can’t even access site stats without paying. I’d highly recommend weening your sites off of Jetpack and finding good alternatives. AdSense and other ad revenues are lower than ever so this is a really crappy time to implement such charges. Shame on Jetpack.

Don’t waste your time with this plugin. It doesn’t work, and its developer is of no help whatsoever. He sold me a software that would not do anything of all that he promises, never gave me access to my account, never got any updates and he refused to answer to my emails. Complete waste of money and more than anything, time. If I could give it 0 stars, I would!

Buyer beware! Look on the buried pages of the website, not just the page that pops up on the WordPress Plugins page.
