Hello,

Google Search Console shows errors in my Authors pages. The problem is:

“Missing field “MainEntity””

Rich Results Test shows:

“ProfilePage”,”@id”:”https://skipperdelivery.co.uk/author/shane/#webpage”,”url”:”https://skipperdelivery.co.uk/author/shane/”,”isPartOf”:{“@id”:”https://skipperdelivery.co.uk/#website”},”inLanguage”:”en-GB”},

It’s a critical error so authors pages can not be indexed. Additionally, pages with errors affected whole website so they need to be fixed.

Thanks for this module, really cool. Just a quick question. I integrated the reviews on my site. They display well.
But when I do a Rich Snippet test on the site https://search.google.com/test/rich-results or on the Schema.org site the structured data for the reviews does not appear. So they cannot appear on Google results. How to do it please?

Hello,

I have a question about which image is used for the featured snippet image.

At the moment, for my homepage, the first image that appears on the website is being used in SERPS, rather than my company logo which is the featured image in Yoast.

The image currently used is a thumbnail of a video.

How would I change this image?

Out of interest, would there be any way of removing it?

I’ve also noticed that the website URL is being shown twice in the search result, rather than the company name plus the URL. Why is this?

Google search showing wrong currency symbol

Hi ,

My woo-commerce currency is set to SAR (Saudi Riyal) but when I search for some products on google it shows the EGP symbol instead of SAR.

The store location and default customer location are in Saudi Arabia and we are selling and shipping our products to Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and UAE using the SAR Currency only

For any products in our store, the SAR is the currency in the page source code.

Hi,
Google search console alerted me to this.

This is the error that I get in Google Search Console:

a ” ‘ ” is missing (without quotation marks, a ‘ ).

This started to show up on every page, here is another example, ever since the last update, a ‘ is missing randomly in the middle of the FAQ block.

-using WordPress
-using Windows 11
-all plugins, WordPress, and theme are up to date

Using your fantastic Q&A pages, love it. However, since last update I‘m getting:
“Bad escape sequence in string”
errors in Google Search Console. The issue seems to be that your plugin started adding a / after every ‘, example:

‘there aren’t any’ becomes ‘there aren\’t any’ in the code that is seen in Google ,although I did not manually add the /.
Are you aware of this issue? It breaks the functionality and rich snippets stop appearing (which the point of all this).
