Where was this theme when I needed it the most? Seriously the amount of customization I can do just with the “FREE” version is astounding! My “Additional CSS” section is now less cluttered, well managed and this theme optimization and loading speed is miles ahead than many themes I used before. I really like this theme. Will buy the “PAID” version in near future. Many “PAID” themes can’t give you this much features let alone on “FREE”. PLEASE KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! Godspeed.

Site Origin — a game changer

It’s a bit of a cliche, but for me, and it seems lots of others, the whole Site Origin Page Builder ecosystem is a game changer. Because it delivers what it promises (ie easy to create truly responsive pages) you can concentrate on how you want to present the site content rather than on the finicky nuts & bolts of CSS. I use the word ‘ecosystem’ because it’s quickly apparent that Site Origin is accumulating a rich variety of third party widget plugins — the mark of a system that is here to stay. And this is perhaps it’s greatest strength. Moreover the commitment to user support with documentation / videos & forums is first class and also an indication of a healthy base.

So, for anyone wanting to go beyond a basic blog site to constructing a more generalized web site I cannot recommend Site Origin Page Builder too highly.

Can't add widget to certain sidebars

Hey there,

I need help adding a widget called ‘revolutionary slider’ under the navbar.

Some background info:
I’m completely new to wordpress. The website I’m working with isn’t made by me. I normally do graphics design for my employer, but he gave me the opportunity to work on and maintain his website. I do a lot of programming work myself in c#, and knowing that wordpress is for everyone (even for people with no experience in web development) I gladly accepted.

As I started, the first thing I did was update the plugins and theme. This wasn’t a great move, since I found out that the guy before me actually changed a couple of things in the css directly in the theme files instead of in the custom css tab. I’ve been trying for hours to get the slider back under the navbar, without result. I decided to learn some basics of css.

Now, to get on to the point:

Theme used: pinboard.

As it seems, pinboard has 10 sidebars. But in the customizer, I can only add the widget to 3 of them: the header (apparently only intended for ads), the footer and the wide footer. Trying to add the widget to any other sidebar through the widgets tab results in no change at all. I have no idea why it differentiaties those 3 sidebars from the rest. I guess I’ll have to change the css in such a way that sidebar called ‘sidebar top’ is available for widgets.

Sorry if my post is incomplete, this is my first post. If you guys need further information please tell me. Any help is appreciated.

I purchased a Learning Management System from Edulms called Education and it came with a bunch of demo-data files including the sliders with the included revolutionary slider. After using the revolutionary slider import option, I navigated to the folder where the sliders were being stored and installed 5 of the ones included. For the life of me, I can’t get them to show up. I keep getting Revolution Slider Error: Slider with ID: 20 Not Found and if I change to a different demo data theme, the number changes but the error stays. I don’t have any idea whats going on and I did contact the publisher but apparently, he only answers occasionally. I am really wanting to get the layout that I purchased seen here https://themeforest.net/item/edulms-wp-learning-management-system-theme/9443786 which is completely different from what I am looking at.

Any ideas on how to trouble shoot my issue?

2. I would also like to know how to upload photos and place them in the text of the blog and change height of font

3. Also need to know how transfer material from my old wordpress bloog( www.drtanyaheals.wordpress.com to the new one www.drtanyaheals.com ( not technologicaly sophisticated) dont know what a plug in or hack is where are the themes and templates??
