The reviews are not showing up on the front end of the website, while on the backend the plugin pulls the reviews successfully and I am able to configure it as needed.
Upon pasting the shortcode, instead of reviews I get the following error message on the front end.
“Widget not found! Probably it is already deleted or there is typo in its ID. We suggest that you log in to the?Trustindex system?and follow the widget configuration instructions. Or, if you don’t have an account, create one for free at?www.trustindex.io“
I am on v12.4.2

]]>I am using WPCR plugin and have many posts. I installed this plugin 4 years ago, and then, due to some technical issues, it stopped working, so I uninstalled this plugin. There was some reviews at that time. Now I again install and activate the plugin, but it is not showing the reviews, and i found that I need to set this field YES – “Enable WP Customer Reviews for this page” by editing every post individually, Why is this happening? Is this the new setting? If yes, then I can do it in bulk? or how I can set the new post to YES by default?
Thank you
]]>But there is no option to change filters
please help us to fix this

]]>I got the first review today through CR plugin and it’s not showing.
Weirdly, on the WP admin panel the review is under /wp-admin/edit-comments.php and not under /wp-admin/admin.php?page=ivole-reviews . Is this normal??
I already went through all the items here: https://help.cusrev.com/support/solutions/articles/43000033867-reviews-not-showing-on-product-page
Reviews are enabled both in WooCommerce and the product pages. The review also doesn’t show with Storefront theme.
I disabled all plugins but WooCommerce and CR to debug, but it also didn’t work.
Could I be missing any setting?
Thanks!
]]>Thanks,

The reviews on our shop page (https://reclaimdesign.org/home-decor-shop/) are not showing up in their entirety, only 5 are showing but we have 7. I don’t think recalculate summary counts will work in this instance so wanted to ask how I can get them all to show up? Caching has been cleared, and it is showing the most recent review at the top, so I don’t think that is the issue anyway. It seems to have missed out the first 2:

I also wanted to ask what the highlighted “Mine” is about? Many thanks for your help.
Michael.
]]>I have installed the plugin on a website I have been working on – www.shoestix.com/reviews
It should be showing as the first element below the title but only seems to be showing the Disclaimer text.
Please could you take a look and advise?
Many thanks,
Sean
Popupmaker seems to be conflicting with WP Customer Reviews. When I disable the Popupmaker plugin, the reviews show normally in the editor.
Any idea how to fix this?
Thank you for your time.
