In the Review form the fields are marked
https://prnt.sc/Kig-IB_4CzG5
These fields appear regardless of whether the user exists (is logged in to the site) or not. Would it be better if for logged in users should be better to automatically recognize the user and email (then, not show this fields, maybe show the username instead)? or is there a way to do this, perhaps by editing some php template of the plugin?
I hope you understand the idea of ??what I wanted to describe
thanks
]]>“{“code”:”woocommerce_rest_product_invalid_slug”,”message”:”Invalid product slug.”,”data”:{“status”:404}}“
Yet, when we go to the default WP REST API link or /wp-json/, it confirms both REST API is enabled and working and that the REST API urls are working (as we have no other API related issues other than from Photo Reviews).
We have tried:
– Troubleshooting all methods of review form, including single product page and product ID shortcode
– Disabling/enabling photo review settings like autologin, changing review page, etc.
– Troubleshooting WP REST API in various ways
– Double checked OpenLiteSpeed rewrite settings (set to autoload from .htaccess)
– Double checked .htaccess (utilizing WP and OLS defaults)
– Turning modsecurity on and off
– Changing file/folder permissions
– Saving permalinks (already set to pretty, ‘post name’)
– Checking for plugin conflicts/wp errors
– Updating all plugins including Photo Reviews
– Disabling all plugins except Photo Reviews
– Resending Review Reminders after each change of step or attempted fix as standard procedure
– Visiting the link on other devices/browsers
– Disabling any sort of internet security or popup/adblocker
We’d greatly appreciate your insight.
My theme didn’t compatible with your review form design, and I want to use my theme review form design, how to realize it? Not woocommerce form design or CusRev review form design, is it possible to keep my original them review form design?
]]>My problem: when I open the popup, only the shortcode itself is shown, not the Review Form.
If I place the shortcode not in the popup but directly on the page, the Review Form is shown like it should be.
Is it posiibly the show the Review Form in an elementor popup in general? If yes, did I do something wrong?
]]>In a discussion with some friends in a WordPress group, we realized that your plugin is also compatible with the WooCommerce product review form, however, this is not explicit in your settings.
To enable it, you need to turn on the Enable reCAPTCHA for WordPress comment form option, but it doesn’t make clear that also enables reCAPTCHA in the form mentioned above.
So, my recommendation is to update the setting name with something like Enable reCAPTCHA for WordPress comment form and WooCommerce product review form. Also, I’d add this too under your plugin description (readme.txt):
Hope it helps to make your plugin even better!
