Blog Posts don’t change are making changes on Patreon

Hi! We are facing a few errors with the plugin:

WordPress blog posts do not update after making changes on Patreon posts. I thought they could be resynced? Correct me if I’m wrong.
We are unable to disconnect the plugin from our Patreon account and connect it again. We had to do this from Patreon’s account side.

Best way to flush and resync

We have a WordPress instance and Salesforce site syncing. However we are getting a lot of tmp_sf_ errors because I believe there are either duplicate contacts in Salesforce or some of the Users are mapped using a Salesforce Sandbox ID and need to be remapped.

We can not remove the users in WordPress. And I want to be 100% sure we don’t create duplicate Contacts in Salesforce. What’s the best way to flush the Object Sync records for the Users fieldmap and have it all resync?

Or is is possible to mass update the wp_object_sync_sf_object_map table by doing some offline mapping and then reimporting into mysql?

Deleted products not removed from Facebook catalog

Hi,

deleted products still show up in Facebook catalog. I re-connected the plugin yet it didn’t help. I found a code snippet on how to force-delete and resync all products, but I’m not where and how to use it. Could you please help?

Manually Re-sync without another opt-in

We’ve just added a static field to our MailChimp signup form which we’re populating with AutoChimp. Now I need to get AutoChimp to resync the entire user database (about 400 members) with MailChimp. If I just click “Sync Existing Users,” will everyone get another opt-in email? And if so, is there a way to resync existing users *without* sending out new opt-in emails?

Resyncing and cache question

I’m displaying a list of videos from favorites. Just favorited another video, refreshed the page, but it failed to load the new video in the list. Tried a few times, then left it overnight hoping it just needed time. Checked this morning and the list is still the same.

I hit the resync button which did the job and now all the videos are displayed. Is there any setting to have the plugin clear the cache on a timely basis? I’d hate to have to manually resync each time a new video is favorited. Thanks! And great plugin.
