This plugin has become an essential part of my blogging routine. With it, I can schedule posts and social media messages in advance. I also use it to assign blogging tasks to dates on my calendar. I love the fact that they have very responsive support for the paid version. When I requested that the plugin authors create a way to allow me to easily assign a new default time for new posts, they did so in their next plugin update.

Very Responsive in More Ways Than One

I am just starting to tap this plugin’s capabilities for our church. The more I learn about it, the more impressed I become. It quickly became obvious that Andy isn’t just a software developer, but also someone who truly understands the needs of a church organization with regard to creating a web presence.

But what impresses me most is Andy’s responsiveness in supporting his plugin users. For example last night before I went to bed, I sent an email to Andy noting a formatting issue with the member registration form, and by the time I got home from work this evening, Andy had put out a new update that resolves the problem. That’s only one of several issues he’s quickly helped me out with. Those other issues were my own user problems not issues with the plugin code.

Andy and this plugin are responsive to the nth degree. Love it.

I’ve been using this plugin for many years for a client who needs to show doctors and medical locations that serve a particular condition. With the Power and Experience add-ons it’s the most robust store locator I’ve been able to find. I’ve engaged with support on numerous occasions over the years and they have been responsive, even taking my suggestions to the dev team for future releases.

Easy to set up and use; smooth front-end animation; works as intended. Deactivated the plugin to troubleshoot an issue and devs emailed to enquire if they might assist. Very responsive; very pleased overall. Recommend.

Blubrry and PowerPress – Great Functionality and Support!

I’ve been a customer of Blubrry podcasting for over a year now and recently switched my website over to their deluxe plan using PowerPress – which is less expensive than WordPress and the support between the two is integrated! Any problems between podocast hosting and website rendering can all be answered by one call – what a time saver! Also, I’ve found the support to be super responsive and not only willing to help, they also are proactive in making recommendations and being really clear on why you might design things in different ways. They respond via email usually in the same day and I’ve had the good fortune of setting up a zoom call where I can share my screen and we can dig in and fix things right then and there! For someone who is not super savvy when it comes to the technical side of podcasting or website design (like me), the connection between Blubrry and PowerPress can’t be beat!

Feature Rich Plugin with Great Support

I have tried 3 other plugins that touted that they could send any information from Woocommerce into Zoho (Specifically Zoho Books). But after a lot of time and effort none of them could transfer some of the more nuanced information reliably.

First, this plugin can send info into Zoho CRM AND Zoho Books (which now has a finance suite that includes inventory and a bunch of other programs as well)

This plugin is really flexible in what it can achieve. It has also been created to be very intuitive and user friendly. I like that it gives detailed feedback about what might not be working in a data feed so that one can easily track down any problems.

Support was very faster to answer questions, and also help set up the plugin.
I wish I had found this plugin years ago as it has made transferring woo commerce sales data to zoho a simple, automated, reliable process.
