Found this plugin when building a site for a client who needs easily editable + varied portfolio + photo grids and it works great. The UI for settings + configuring everything is so clean and simple, and so far works seamlessly on the site, no conflicts or buggy behavior. Two extra great things: I was able to easily add some extra js on top for a client-requested feature, and contacted support for another feature request – got a response within 24 hours with easily implementable code to give me what I needed.

Only thing that would make this even better is if configuration settings allowed a bit more control over grid and photo size in various viewports, BUT this is only a nice-to-have, as dimension settings are pretty good and the responsiveness is basically perfect.

WP Mobile Edition & WP Touch Has Ruined My WordPress Blog

I installed WP Mobile Edition and WP Touch (free versions, one Plugin at a time). I did that in an effort to make my blog mobile friendly. Within a couple of days, I got a message from Google Webmaster Tools telling me that Googlebot has detected a significant increase in 404 errors on my blog.
I deactivated and deleted both the plugins. But now I’m facing the following:

I’m experiencing some very unusual things on my blog. My home page and many other blog posts get redirected to some messy URLs (that don’t really exist and resulting in a 404 error). But after some time everything comes back to normal.

Note: Yesterday, I posted about this issue and included the name of JetPack Plugin too. But I have tested Jetpack by activating and deactivating on a test WP installation. There is no problem with that. I’m sure, this happening because one of plugins discussed above.

Gray Background Since Adding Responsive Plugin to Tablepress

My pages had a white background when I was just using TablePress. Since I’ve added the Responsive Plugin, although I am not using the coding for responsive, my backgrounds have become gray. I have tried adding

.tablepress .odd td {
background-color: #ff0000; }
.tablepress .even td {
background-color: #00ff00; }

just to see if it would have an effect on the background but id doesn’t. It remains gray.

I have tried adding background: none; to one specific table but it still remains gray.

I suspect that it has to do with the responsive plugin.

Can you please help? Thank you!
