Please review the link as you can see what Im talking about. I also added image of the code. Ive tried other themes and have not had this issue, so maybe an ovveride in core code? Appreciate any help. Im not new to wordpress but not much of a coder either. Thank you for your patience and help.
I’m trying to embed a video hosted by Panopto. I used the following short code. Although the actual video’s width is resized to 36opx, I have these “black padding” on left/right side of the embedded video. Please advise how can I remove them?
[iframe src=”https://lincoln.ap.panopto.com/Panopto/Pages/Embed.aspx?id=ca9efcb5-5af6-45b4-913b-a9b9002ac171&v=1″ width=360px height=300px style=”margin-left:auto; margin-right:auto; display:block;”]
I have created a test page and it is published at https://ltl.lincoln.ac.nz/panopto-video/
Regards,
Yanan
but then, after the update, online the video is not resized.
what can I do?
thanks
Only issue is the Powerpress youtube embed doesn’t have a specific DIV class around it that will work. The code is
<!–powerpress_player–>
Is there a way to add <!–powerpress_player–>

I can then have the css auto-size the file so it looks good.
Unless there is another way to make this “Mobile Ready”.
The only thing that resizes the YouTube video is when I turn off Responsive and turn on Twenty Sixteen
I’ve made only one change to Functions PHP– I added a widget area.
Have I tried everything? Is there a solution for this? Help.
So far, all I’ve been able to come up with that works is:

It seems like there must be a better/easier way that I’m just not finding.
My website is www.360functionaltraining.com.au
I built it using OptimizePress
I have inserted the following shortcode into my home page…
[Youtube_Channel_Gallery user=”360functionaltrainin” videowidth=”640″ ratio=”16×9″ title=”1″ description=”1″ thumbnail_alignment=”top” descriptionwordsnumber=”10″]
Unfortunately the shortcode I have used to resize the video is not working… It looks terrible when it expands to the full width of the template. (see the URL provided).
Could anyone please help me to fix this so I can set it to the standard youtube size 640×360?
Cheers
Just a little help needed. I need to have the first video widget in my sidebar sized bigger to match the other widgets under it. I’ve already increased the sidebar width to accommodate the other large widget, but the video is still too small, whether I use a video player plugin or the simple text widget.
Here’s a link to the blog. Sorry if this isn’t under the right topic or if it’s been answered already, and thank you for any help!
