Our site is a WordPress multisite with PHP 8.2. We have already tried changing themes and deactivating all plugins, but it does not make any difference. Everything on the site is up to date.
Can you help us? We’ve already contact you but with no real solution
The thing is when I’m on “https://sample.com/my-account/lost-password/” it ask me to enter my email to send a reset link.
When the time I have received the email it it gives me this https://sample.com/my-account/lost-password/?key=otlb4PMedxFO0eYtTmjS&id=281 when I clicked the link it redirects me to this url https://sample.com/my-account/lost-password/?show-reset-form=true&action and for some reason it showing me the first step where it asked me to enter my email to send a reset link.
Could someone help me into this please.
Thank you.
]]>We had to rollback it to 3.0.3 (ok), the 3.0.4 doesn’t work.

]]>I’d want to include this two-factor authentication option on the wordpress forget password form.
When a user clicks on Forget Password and enters their information, they will receive an otp by email, same as they do when they login and receive one otp via email.
Could you please give me some advice? how to make this option available
]]>I tried this piece of code
.elementor-10 .elementor-element.elementor-element-a5e1235 > .elementor-container {
margin-left: 0px;
}
but it applies also on the other my account sections that have a correct margin.
Can you help me to apply it only to the reset password form?
Thanks
Ilaria
