Repeat order button not visible for cancelled orders

The repeat order button is visible only for completed orders.
How can I make it visible for all orders?

I am currently using the latest version woocommerce 3.3.5 and I am wondering is there a way to let my previous customers place repeat order easier? Does woocommerce has such a feature?

Conflict with ability to have Pending Orders show Pay/View/Cancel

Hello,
Just wanted to let you know I had to disable this plugin as it caused the Pay, View, and Cancel buttons to not show on pending orders in Woocommerce Version 2.5.5.

It’s a nice, simple idea to have a repeat order button, so I hope the fix is easy.

Hi,
I have an eCommerce website where all my customers have a login. Some of my customers are looking for a repeat-order facility where when they log in, they can seel all the products and qualtities they purchased last time, updated with the latest price. They want to modify quantities and finalise the shopping cart selection.
Does WP eCommerce support such a facility?
