missing categories and tags in my website

hi, i had been using astra theme for last month …website had been runnign fine till 5 hours backs.

all of sudden , the whole menu was gone ,some pages replaced them..and i noticed that categories and tags are missing .
i had installed following plugins ,tried to deactive them ,use system health plugin…which suggested site in good health..what do i do
plugins u iused till the problem occured are

Ad Inserter
AdSense Invalid Click Protector
Async JavaScript
Autoptimize
Easy Table of Contents
Health Check & Troubleshooting
Jetpack by WordPress.com
Smush
W3 Total Cache
Wordfence Security
WPForms Lite

tried with other themes as well…still it is missing ..

also when i go on to create new category it says : Could not insert term into the database.

any solutions or suggestions for this issue

good day, I tried to repair database via /repair.php i was getting the following at the end

Is there something going on with WP tonight? I was chugging along just fine, scheduling posts on my blog (indieminded.com), and then POOF, I started getting this, and the site started crashing:

Something bad happened and I had to repair the database, but it’s really bad because the following tables are NOT ok:

wp_comments: Unknown storage engine ‘InnoDB’

What happened? I did not load any new plug-ins. It was working fine a couple of days ago. I do have automatic updates turned on. How do I fix? Do I need to restore a back up of my database?
