Fraud order review

We received an order that was a fraud with stolen payment. A review went out and they used profanity in the review and called us a scammer. This is obviously not a real review and I can remove the review from my website, but need to have the review removed from the Customer Reviews website. How can I do this?

A fake spam review was posted on one of our products pages. I deleted the review and emptied the trash, however the review is still showing up on our product page. I then removed the reviews option (set to No) on the product page and the reviews tab is still showing with the spam review. I then deactivated the plugin and it still is showing. Is there any other way to remove the review from the product page?

A Customer would like to remove their review

Hello,

A customer has left a review before contacting us and having the issue resolved quickly. They would like to remove their 1-Star review as they acknowledge they left it erroneously without first contacting our customer service.

How can a customer remove their review? Or is it possible for the admin to remove a review?

I understand we can remove the reviews shown on Woocommerce product page, however, we are trying to remove it from our cusrev.com profile.

Remove the ‘review’ in the share?

Hi, how can I remove the random comment that AddToAny adds in a share?
For example, when somebody clicks on a product page, then clicks ‘share to Facebook’, the share shows the Image, Title, but also a review (**that it picks at random**). I do not want the random review shared at all.

Please can anyone help me, maybe there’s a code or something to remove it?

I have a review in a product page but is not possible delete it. I am checking the comments page in my admin area but the review is not there….

I can add new reviews and manage in the comments area but one of them is not possible.

How can I delete it? The worst is that is a test review…

Hi All

I have installed some review plugin before and i have removed that plugin after installed new review plugin called “taqyeem”

As i know i have disabled and deleted one plugin that show product review. But still this review block is coming. Screenshot below

I want to remove this following review block

How to remove this block from my post. I dont see this code in the post content or in plugins as well.
