Customizer does not work in twenty-twenty

  • Hi Guys!
    I’m new in WP, and I faced a problem with one of my first WP projects.
    Somehow the customizer does not show me anything in admin mode.

    The text is hungarian, the translation is like:
    “Your theme contains 2 widgets to embedd but this page does not display them.
    During use of customizer, you can see how widgets are visible on the supages of this site, and you can edit them.
    ”
    I check the follow things:
    -Site url and worpress urls are the same
    -I switched off all plugings. The customizer is still not good.
    -All plugins are up to date
    -Wp engine is 5.5.1
    -PHP version is 4.7

    I don’t know what time got this wrong.
