Of all the wonderful things that Display Posts can control, I can’t find one that limits the period of time the Post is displayed. For example, I want certain posts to “disappear” after 90 days without me going in and doing it manually.

Hi,

As developer I try to inform my users about theme updates by posting messages in theme forum, such as this one.

A while ago I’ve posted the same message in all my 12 theme forums (link) but this topic isn’t relevant anymore.

Is it possible to remove those 12 messages? Note: there are zero replies.

Hi there,

I was wondering if a moderator could remove a post on my account (or at least remove the URL?)

I understand the rules regarding this and know you mods are really busy.

The post hasn’t had any replies or comments so it shouldn’t delete anything important.

The post was generated by a trainee employee using my account (without my authorisation to use my account) as they were having problems. They didn’t think to consider that this would show up in search engines and be seen by the client which looks unprofessional and is damaging to my company.

Please please can you at least remove the url, I would be so grateful!

Hi,

I recently installed a plugin for a client site and was having problems with it. I put a post up explaining the issue and added the domain as reference. This domain was a staging site and now this has been indexed by Google (which isn’t ideal). So far only very few pages have been indexed and we have put in place measures to stop any more but I would appreciate it if you could remove this post. The URL of the post is:

Hi There

I am a newbie to this WordPress, but unfortunately i have been throwing my self into this website creating World.

I hope that someone is able to help me with the following situation

I have just created a website www.brendstrup-leasing.dk on the theme added (name on theme: Edin) there is some sort of post allready posted on the website. this one i have deleted, then i thought that that i would delete all post, but instead i get a message visible on the webpage that it is ready to publish first post.

Actually my wish is to get text from the footer one at left up on the side, just underneath the title of the webpage as plain text.

Is this possible, and if so, how ?

Hi,

First of all, this is a great plugin, it has certainly improved my presence in cyberspace. Thank you for your hard work and beauty you have created.

I am running a website that aggregate news from multiple sources, create post out of those and publish. But since there is more data is coming that WordPress can handle gracefully, I need to keep the database size down, so I am deleting post, once they reach 6 month of age.

But obviously Google won’t like it much, due to increase number of 404, so I was doing some research and find out that may be we can specify expiry date on a certain category. Following post mentions about removing post.

Wondering if this functionality is not present there already, how can I extend (add module) to the plugin to accomplish so.

I have this code bellow, but only want to remove the post feed in my . How can i do this?
