I’m using the astra theme and the page title is displayed on my site. How do I remove the page title/name from my page?

I’ve been adding pages and in order to have these new pages referenced in my Menu, I see I must type in some text under Add New Page where it has Enter Title Here, otherwise I’ll get ### (NO TITLE) in My MAIN MENU. I obviously want the Page to display in the menu but do no want it to display on the page itself as I have other text that I’m using in the page body to be the only text that displays. How can I suppress the page name from displaying?

Is there anyway to remove the page name from certain pages?

Also, there is a pink colored line in the footer? How do I change the color?

Please know that I am a newbie and not good with code.

Hello,

Can you help me remove or hide the displayed page name for a page created using Sidebar Manager Light?

Sidebar Manager Light is a really superb plugin. It worked out of the box 100% using WordPress 3.6 and the Genesis News theme. Thank you for that perfect function–which shows your attention to detail and quality.

I need to create an alternate home page which uses Sidebar Manager Light to layout the rows, columns and widget areas.

However I need to remove the page name (only for this alternate page/post), so that when the site loads the home page there is no page name at the top. This will make it look like a legitimate Home page.

If I use the WordPress Reading settings, and tell WordPress to use this alternate home page as the static home page–of course it shows the page name at the top.

The Genesis News Theme defaults to use the most recent posts as the home page content–which creates the superb Genesis News theme widgeted layout.

I am using the template Contentville-Venice on the site www.Personis.co and I’d like to remove the page names from the tops of pages. I have look through the codex and the support forums and found many suggestions of what to remove from the header.php, but nothing I remove makes a difference.

In the settings of the template I disabled “cufon” which actually changes the font of the page title but doesn’t remove it.

Please help.
