remove feature image from post

i use leeway theme magazine and i want to remove or hide feature image from the post but not from homepage. the problem is the image is automatically set on the top left side of the page even if you have already an image. is there a solution for this? or the future picture image from homepage must be also in post?

Kind Greetings,

I just wanted to know if there was anyway for me to get rid of the feature images in my posts. I set feature images so that they can appear in the recent posts section on the home page but I do not want them appearing in my posts. Is there anyway in which i can fix this?
Thanks in advanced.

p.s. Im using the ‘Klean’ theme just in case I’m in the wrong place.

Hi all

Another problem, I would like to remove the feature image from individual posts such as on this page
https://www.mylittleguangzhou.com/eat-drink-2/the-coziest-cafe-in-guangzhou

but NOT on the category pages where it’s linked to a post excerpt (e.g. in the image grids on this page)

Any ideas? I found this but couldn’t find the code they were referring to

Hi all and thank you for taking the time to help me out.

I have recently installed the Freak theme and I am looking for a way to remove the feature image thumbnail and the post excerpt when a list of posts is retrieved and displayed from a category link. My goal is to only display the titles of the posts.

Is this at all possible?

I am using the Acoustic Theme on my wordpress site and trying to remove the featured image from the blog post page. I’d still like the featured image to be used Blog Home page, but not in the actual post. RIght now when I add the featured image it shows up nicely on the Blog page, but when you visit the post it throws all the photos and text out of alignment.

I’ve looked at the code in the single.php and don’t see the ‘post_thumbnail` coding.

Is there any other way to stop the featured image from messing up my whole post layout?!
