Support has been very helpful when needed. The only thing I would request is Support Techs have access to Remote viewing. Email Support is slow and slow is $ lost.

]]>I’m having trouble accessing url https: // my-site / wp-admin /
I bought a new theme, and it has been 2 weeks since Remote Theme Support has been able to access the website URL or the wp-admin panel.
Message below theme support returning for the tenth time asking for access:
Okay, let’s install our “KartPul” theme in the store.
But the main problem is that we were unable to access your store URL, https://meusite.net.br/, https://meusite.net.br/wp-admin/
We still have the same error, this site cannot be accessed “.
Send us any other temporary server / hosting details for the theme installation process. We were unable to install the theme on this server, https://meusite.net.br/
Does anyone have any suggestions to resolve this?
Thank you
1. Set up virtual pc (like Remote Desktop Services) in CA and then remotely log into it to do my website management tasks. That way the only data I’m downloading is screen images (and I can adjust screen quality for faster speeds).
2. Set up an EC2 instance in a CA data center with some cloud service provider and log into that and open a remote browser. (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud).
Should either or both of these options speed up my work? Anything I’m missing? I’m not a network expert, so I may be missing some important details.
]]>But (as I guess with a lot of people) I get a lot of attempts at logins and I would like to make it just that little bit tougher.
I would like to make away mode permanent, but then be able to disable it when I want to get in. The trickier, the better.
Some ideas:
*I haven’t looked at the sync app at all, how does it go when the site is in away mode? Does it still have access or is it too shut out?
Anyway, I would really like to have this feature, even if it’s unofficial or unsupported But a pointer in the right direction would be a good thing for me

I am not receiving any errors and the client has PHP functions that were previously disabled enabled.
Can anyone offer any advise on this or is there a workaround for it?
Thanks!

]]>One of my client’s website need to host on a strict remote access server which doesn’t allow outbound/outgoing connections.
Therefore, every time I login to the website’s admin panel, it will always have to wait until the auto-connection stuffs (ie. check latest news from WordPress etc.) to timeout.
Any idea how could I solve this issue? It is a bit annoying if I have to wait while login as admin.
