I’m new to WordPress. After creating website using one of the custom themes. Everything was working good and it still work fine.
The problem we have:
Every time when I try to add content on home page.
After updating and viewing page in the browser. The layout of our page change from our original design to box design with sidebar.
I have contacted support team for the theme we using right now and they recommended to reinstall WordPress and also reinstall theme file on our site.
Can anyone give some more information on how to reinstall WordPress and also reinstall theme with out loosing our existing pages and content.
Thank you in advance for your help.

]]>Delete the theme from your /wp-content/themes folder remove the folder called “jobify”.
Enter your dashboard and then re-upload the “jobify” theme.
Deactivate the plugin called “BAW Login/logout menu” if it is installed.
So I went into my FTP and deleted the folder Jobify. I was then able to access my wp admin panel. My site defaulted to the Twenty-Fifteen theme.
I went to Appearance, then Theme, and tried to reinstall the Jobify theme. I got a note that said: Broken Themes
The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.
Name Description
Jobify – Child The parent theme is missing. Please install the “jobify” parent theme.
However, when I search for the Jobify theme, it says ‘no themes found, try a different search’.
So now I don’t know how to reinstall the Jobify theme. I tried to contact Jobify support, but they are off until December 28th.
Most likely don’t need it, but my site link is www.christiancareers.org.
Thanks for your help.

]]>I was trying to edit my ‘style sheet’ when everything froze up. I had to close the screen and re-open, when I tried to return to ‘Appearance’ / ‘Editor’, I get the message ‘The requested theme does not exist’.
Somehow it has been removed – along with the structure of my site.
Is there a way to re-install this one part without having to start again?
Your help is much appreciated.
