Address fields Grayed Out

Hi Techs,

Can you help me with why the Country and Zip code fields are grayed out on my registration form?

I set both to not required so that people can at least submit till I get this fixed.

I did get a Google Maps JavaScript API key and added to the external options. But still not working. Not sure what API key I was supposed to get as the documentation has broken link to the Google Console.

Can you help me please?

Registration Failure

Hi,

The issue I’m facing is registration simply fails. The user can fill the form with no problem; but clicking the Submit button just renders the form empty with no error, though no new account created.

I also have Nextend Social Login plugin enabled (Wouldn’t it be nice if RegistrationMagic included Google OAuth support?), but I don’t think there’s any conflict with that plugin.

Everything works fine when filling the sign up form, but in the end after clicking the Submit button, the form just resets empty and no user is added to the site.

On the Form Analytics dashboard I get a 100% Failure report.

By the way, I couldn’t remove the email address field or make it optional. Please let me know if that is possible.

How to Hide Form Labels in Form

I have been using RegistrationMagic for the past 2 years, and it’s been an amazing plugin for our forms—really love it!

I have a quick question regarding form customization. I want to hide the form labels from the field. Could you please guide me on how to achieve this?

Confirmation emails not working

The notification and confirmation emails are not working – none are received.

Cannot create a user with an empty login name.

Privacy policy

I’d like members joining my group to agree to my site’s privacy policy – this is an option on registration magic but there isn’t a privacy policy field to map it to in profilegrid. Is this an oversight?
I’ve mapped my RM form to my PG group – can I then have users just use this one RM form to both register and join the group at the same time?
Lastly, is there any way of adding icons for social media for the form fields?

Account activation via email RegistrationMagic

We’ve having struggles using manual activation. When the admin is logged out, the activation link shows a blank screen, and the user is not activated. Is this the intended behavior? Is it REQUIRED to be logged in to activate an account via email?
