Registration is taking vendors to Choose Plan page after successful payment

Hiya!

Whenever a new vendor registers, after payment (I’m using stripe), the page is redirected to the start of the registration process as opposed to being redirected to the thank you page or the setup store page. The IPN is being returned successfully, I can see that a new customer was added to stripe, but on WordPress the vendor remains a subscriber and it redirects to the start of the registration process (note that the link in the browser contains the ipn response).

I’ve got the require admin approval boxes ticked off on both registration settings and the plans settings.

Not sure what I’m missing. Can you help out? My website should’ve been online months ago and I’m still battling with this issue.

How do you set up the stripe payment gateway? I can’t manage to make new registrations register as vendors once they sign up.

I think I configured stripe correctly but your support page seems to be outdated (different stripe interface).

When a new vendor signs up to a paid subscription and uses stripe to pay for it, after a successful payment, stripe is redirecting the user to the start of the registration process (“choose plan” on my website) and registers him as a subscriber, as opposed to as a vendor. I set up the right redirections hooks on stripe and I have the APPROVE VENDOR disabled on the admin side of things, so they don’t need the admin approval to start their store. I think this may be a bug with the last update.

Free version breaks new customers registration process

Hi!

i was happy to find this plugin free version and configured it in my woocommerce shop, all went pretty first i thought while beeing logged in as the shop manager.

But suddenly, while testing it all beeing logged-out from my main account, it occured that it breaks the new customers woocommerce registration process!
any try to activate the new account was stopped – no reaction,
and otherwise trying to login with new login-data was stopped by a “user should activate first” announcement from the system.

so when i deactivated YITH Pre-Order for WooCommerce all went like a charme again!

But i wish to use your plugin further on, first this fault has to be repaired.
Do you have an idea what that should be? Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance!

Memership 2 and Buddypress

Hello,
I’m having a pretty weird issue: I set up a website 6 months ago with membership plugin (version 1) with buddypress plugin. I set up the buddypress registration page with some text and with a CF7 form. Then I updated to membership 2. All settings related with membership roles were lost so I set up again everything.
The real problem is this: since the upgrade I’m not able to modify the buddypress registration page: I would like just to change the text but it shows a blank page in the backend, in the frontend everything works as usual, but I’m not able to change anything.
The process is structured as this: the membership registration let you chose the role you want, then the subsciption button redirect you to the buddypress registration page which collect your info (first name, surname etc.).
Could you please help me to understand how to operate in buddypress registration page?

Paid membership pro – registration process

Hi,

I am working on a simple membership form where I need two site registration process.
I only need the following information on the first site:

1. name
2. email
3. pass
4. zip
5. date of birth

On the second site I will need to have an input field and a button saying “create account”. I will make an integration for Twillio where the user will get a text message with a token that they have to enter before they can confirm their account. When that is done, they would be sent to the “thank you” page.

Please help me on splitting the process into two pages and limit the input fields.

S2 Member Pro will not allow registration after return from Paypal

Hi,

I have upgraded to s2member pro, but I cannot seem to find the setting that allows the user to register on return from Paypal. Currently it sends an email and asks the user to complete registration from here with the button “Back to Home Page” on the auto return page). I cannot find the setting that forces this. I have another S2 member setup which looks identical, but this gives the user a button to complete the registration process rather than sending the email I wish to emulate this behaviour.

I have spent about 4 hrs looking for the setting but cannot find it. Any help appreciated!

Pre Sales: Registration, a new member PAYS first then registers (with S2 form)?

Hi all, I’m having a look at S2member plugin to see if it suits our needs (quite a bit of complicated work to be honest just to evaluate it). The site is for a Running Club.
I’ve set up nearly everything, and made our registration form, which has quite a few custom fields (PNG of our registration form: link to photo).
What I was expecting when a new member/user fills out the registration form and then clicks on the ‘JOIN’ button,,, they are directed to PayPal to pay. Once they make their payment I was expecting this to be the end of the registration process, the WP user is then established with all the data collected in our Registration form.
Instead it seems: I finally THINK I’ve figured it out. I need to put the PayPal button on the ‘Membership Options Page’, the button takes the new member to PayPal, then the new member Pays and THEN they are redirected BACK to our site to actually register as a WP User, using our S2member registration form with all our custom fields,,, CORRECT?
If correct, doesn’t this seem a little backwards??? It’s asking a potential new member to pay for something without possibly fully realizing what they need to provide,,, even such as an ‘Emergency Contact’,, I’m thinking that some people at least would rather complete the form,,, and then make the final decision whether they want to actually join and PAY,,,BEFORE they make that final CLICK on the ‘Join Button’,,, get what I mean?
IF I am correct in now realizing that a new member pays first, then registers, is there a way using S2member to accomplish it the way we want,, register/complete form first,,, THEN pay,, and when payment is successful be redirected back to a ‘Success Page’ on our site???
